On XX/XX/XXXX I wrote a letter requesting Validation of this alleged debt and have yet to receive a response. By law, you are required to respond within 30 days or delete this felonious and negative item from my credit file. Therefore, you have already violated the law and this is another notice I am sending you.
Be advised this is a notice sent pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act 12 CFR Part 1006.34 stating your claim is disputed and validation is hereby requested. Otherwise you are required by law to delete this negative, false and erroneous item from my credit file.

EPA USA INC has falsely claimed to respond to my Debt Validation request stating they contacted me in XXXX validating the debt. According to USC 1006.18 False, deceptive, or misleading representations or means EPA USA INC is prohibited by law from making such false and misleading claims regarding the collection of an alleged debt.
1. I hereby request EPA USA INC to provide proof they sent this correspondence and proof I received such correspondence.
2. I took it upon myself on XX/XX/2022 to contact EPA USA INC to inform them THIS IS NOT MY DEBT!!! I INFORMED THEM OF THIS ON A RECORDED LINE. I spoke to a representative by the name of XXXX XXXX and he subsequently sent a settlement letter after our discussion. I responded to his email to once again inform him this is not my debt. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED

Company has called me repeatedly and does not make proper documentation on the account ; manager has called and left threatening messages about the next course of action ; also did not have receive any documentation in the mail about this debt ; I spoke to them about resolving this debt since I am going through a financial hardship ; company was paid {$200.00} XX/XX/2022 and {$100.00} on XX/XX/2022. Still received phone calls after setting up an arrangement for the next 3 months ; also representatives who answer the phones are VERY unpleasant and rude/unprofessional ; also has called my family members to harrass them AND talking about my personal information which is against the law

A company by the name with EPA USA has been calling me and my wife daily requesting us to relay a message to someone with the same last name. I have called the office twice and spoke with someone by the name of XXXX XXXX who claimed to be a supervisor and promised that my information would be removed from their call list. About an hour afterwards my wife and myself both received phone calls again. This was the 3rd phone call today from them. The first caller got an attitude and proceeded to explain over the phone who I was and my address as if to tell me she knew who I was and where I lived. After asking her was the debt mine she hung up in my face.
