I submitted the requested information/documents for myself and my co-borrower and the processor knowingly input false information, which resulted in a false pre-approval. With this false pre-approval I found a home which I paid the required deposit and inspection for the property. 72 hours prior to closing I was asked to submit more documents/information, however i was unable to provide the information because it was false. My documents that i submitted from XXXX to XXXX never indicated the information submitted on the mortgage application. I was denied for the loan and I was unable to receive my money back for the deposit and inspection.
