I recently received a business loan deposit in my Empower Finance checking account on XX/XX/2021. The total amount of the deposit was {$11000.00}. Upon receiving that deposit, I was able to use those funds until I received an email from Empower explaining that my account was locked and the instructions Ill need to follow to get it unlocked. I have completed all identity verifications, proof of business, tax documents, and loan approval documents and they have yet to make any movements on my account. I have called numerous times and everytime Im rushed off the phone, I send several emails daily that dont get answered and Im honestly just very frustrated with this bank. I have read their reviews on the app store, online, and social media platforms and all of their consumers have said the same thing! This company is very unprofessional and suspicious. I would really just like to remove my funds from my account and close it entirely. Please help!!

I was approved for.first and second draw XXXX loans from the XXXX the second draw came from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and they deposited the funds into my fuy verified account prior to i asked if it would be ok and assured by the rep it would be fine and then the day it got deposited they froze my account and have not given any specific reason as to whg they wont call me they asked for a bunch of verification documents i have submitted along with id verification i passed and still i get nothing and i dont have a way to contact the lender as the number is always busy and like most americans my life is turned upside down i nees help

I got a loan disburstment into my account that i was told was ok to do it was from a ppp loan the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX they put the money in the account and then the bank froze the acvount and i have been going back and forth woth them for almoat 2 months no resolution i cant talk to anyone on the phone they say email only i cant talk to a manager or anyone for that part amd they wont disclose to me why this is happening and i was told to send all the documentation and i did but its been circles for almoat 2 months now

On XX/XX/2020, XXXX bank close my account with informing me and right after I fail a compliant against with the XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ). Then I asked the representatives via as to why the bank closed my and she told me could not disclose. On XX/XX/XXXX, I did file a complaint against them because they locked my account because I traveled outside the US and used my card at a local ATM to withdraw cash. For a total of six days my account remained locked without me knowing why the actual reasons why.

I contacted Empower Inc. on XX/XX/2021 due to an unrecognized transaction made on my debit card. They provided a reference number of XXXX. The following day, XX/XX/2021, I received an email from XXXX advising they were exercising their right to close my account per the Consumer Deposit Account Agreement. No investigation of the unauthorized charge or explanation as to why my account was closed.

XXXX will not send out debit cards. Its been 2 weeks and they refuse to get a card to me. Their solution is just sending another card so they can hold my money another two weeks. Ive waited well past the 9 business days. These people are charging money and not providing the services they claim they provide.
