There are a few violations I feel like are unfair with my loan, and when I have tried to reach out to resolve. There has been dismissal, and rude representatives. 1. There was never a disclosure or mention or consent to/of GPS tracking inside of my vehicle within my agreement/contract, proven by assisting in repossessing my vehicle from an undisclosed location. I called to discuss this when my vehicle was recovered and the representative said they checked my documents and there is a document baring my signature consenting to the GPS tracker knowing my location. When asked for this said document, there has been no evidence and noncompliance in providing me this document. I have a copy of this document and there is no mention. 2. Due to coronavirus, I was unable to pay in XXXX and XXXX, and a verbal agreement acknowledged by email on XX/XX/XXXX of my application & approved for unemployment. I was able to make minimum payments from my savings until that ran out and before unemployment was actually sent. Therefore made me unable to make a few minimum payments until new employment came in XXXX. I was unable to get ahold of the manager to update on new job until XXXX and when contacted, was then refused the ability to refinance as once before agreed upon on XX/XX/XXXX, and leading to my car being repossessed on XX/XX/XXXX. 3. I placed an inbound call to the financial department to leave a message for the manager to call me back to further discuss the arrangement on XX/XX/XXXX. I was greeted by a rude receptionist who tried to collect a payment on the call disclosing details of my debt without my consent nor verification while disclosing and trying to discuss details of the loan. This call got heated as I refused to discuss this matter with this said representative, I proceeded to hang up and call back to request a manager to make them aware. This same representative called me back on a non business day ( Saturday XX/XX/XXXX ) to leave a hostile voicemail instructing me to call back to her specific said department/extension. Nothing was done when I reported this harassment matter within the proper channels as instructed by my sales representative. I feel treated unfairly and dismissed and having a repossession was not my intention and I do not feel as though it is warranted in these unprecedented times.

XXXX is in Violation of the FCRA REPORTING ACT. I Have Two Accounts that was accidentilly deleted from my XXXX consumer report in a dispute. XXXX Deleted two accounts that should not have been deleted I have since reached out to XXXX about this matter which I was told that the original creditor would have to resubmit the two accounts and add them back in to XXXX. so I reached out to the Original Creditor Empire Financial to let them know about the two accounts that are not showing on my consumer report XXXX Paid off Cars and Empire Financial went in and resubmitted the two accounts I have documents from the Empire Financial that I will attach to this complaint with the two accounts and account Numbers and the name of the person at Empire Financial who resubmitted the two accounts. These two accounts should have been put back on my consumer report instantly I was told from a supervisor at XXXX but its been also 30 Days and these two accounts are still not back on my consumer Report Empire Financial Person who Resubmitted the Two Accounts : XXXX XXXX Account Number : XXXX Account Number : XXXX

In XXXX we started the loan procees with empire financial. The agent was XXXX XXXX . After a month, my husband an i found XXXX to be unresponsive, present false information and used harassment to try to gain documents from us. We found another lender and authorized a switch. XXXX then proceeded to call my work, cell and email me repeatedly. He then proceeded to harass my realtor and threaten her. He said he would hold the fha loan and keep it alive on his end. He would not release it to the new lender. For a month now my new lender has requested the fha case file 4 times. Empire refuses to release it and fha itself is trying to help. This is illegal. I also recieved a application release form from XXXX so they should not be holding this file.
