I already did a recent dispute on the non-payment of a fraudulent charge placed on my report. The FCRA commented upon the completion of the dispute in which the charges are still in effect on the account. The original creditor, XXXX XXXX, claims I owe {$300.00} placed by the XXXX XXXX XXXX for a trash fee that was accurate info due to the fact there was no trash left in the apartment and the was not the stated charge reason. The original charge stated by the creditor was said to be a {$150.00} for a absent written notice of ending the lease where the original creditor threatened to place that amount on my credit report. I've sent supporting documents to XXXX already showing the fraudulent charge and would like further investigation on the charge filed on XX/XX/2017 from the XXXX XXXX XXXX account that was intentionally placed there to damage my credit as said so. A good result would be if I could please just get this removed off my report Thank you for your time.
