I got divorced in the state of Pennsylvania USA in XXXX. My divorce ( Decree ) has been valid by a court in XXXX XXXX since XXXX, after this, the court in PR in my favor ordered to the " XXXX de la XXXX " put the title of the Property in my name Only. But the mortgage loan I have been fighting for eleven years to be allowed to pay and the investor and the bank do not authorize it, They said do I need find my ex Husband, this increasing the expenses, costs and attorney 's fees. After 11 years Last XX/XX/XXXX, the court dismissed the investor 's Demand. After this happened, now the bank are saying that they are going to help me. They have been asking me for the same documents for more than 3 weeks, the month of XXXX has just entered and that is more money for the bank and the investor. In my case I was proved and Find out that it is one case with full of misinformation, mistakes and lies. I want to know if my case has been handled properly under the federal Loss mitigation laws. It has been demonstrated and is on record by a court in our jurisdiction that the investor and the bank have not complied, with the law, Know I need the cfpb investigate this particular case and let me Know if the investor and The bank Follow the Federal Rule of Loss Mitigation Laws. step by Step. Equity Mortgage loan # XXXX is charging me hazard Insurance but I have hazard insurance on my home which I pay monthly insurance policy MPP - XXXX with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I just noticed that my escrow account is collecting this amount from my Mortgage payment every month. They have been charging me {$480.00} annually since 2014. I just notified them of the fact they seem to not accept their mistake. My Insurance company sent them a letter of verification providing proof that I have had hazard insurance on my home since 2014. Equity Mortgage has not return the excess amount charge to me. I have provided them with letters requesting a refund for their mistake.

Applied for FHA mortgage in XXXX, 2020. Submitted all paperwork for complete application. Lender 's appraiser did a poor job and sent an appraisal with math errors in XXXX, 2020. Lender had all of our paperwork, including credit report, this entire time ( over 90 days ). When we pointed out the appraiser 's errors and asked for a correction, lender denied our mortgage based on credit reports which they had since XXXX. It was a retaliatory denial.
