| Equity Mortgage loan # XXXX is charging me hazard Insurance but I have hazard insurance on my home which I pay monthly insurance policy MPP - XXXX with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I just noticed that my escrow account is collecting this amount from my Mortgage payment every month. They have been charging me {$480.00} annually since 2014. I just notified them of the fact they seem to not accept their mistake. My Insurance company sent them a letter of verification providing proof that I have had hazard insurance on my home since 2014. Equity Mortgage has not return the excess amount charge to me. I have provided them with letters requesting a refund for their mistake. | ||||||

| Applied for FHA mortgage in XXXX, 2020. Submitted all paperwork for complete application. Lender 's appraiser did a poor job and sent an appraisal with math errors in XXXX, 2020. Lender had all of our paperwork, including credit report, this entire time ( over 90 days ). When we pointed out the appraiser 's errors and asked for a correction, lender denied our mortgage based on credit reports which they had since XXXX. It was a retaliatory denial. | ||||||
