I made my first title payment late because it was for more than I expected and I did not have the money to pay for the loan because it was an unexpected highest payment due to them slipping in a damage waiver adding {$700.00} to the {$1500.00} loan amount that I had expected. I was asked to add the damage waiver even tnough I carried full coverage insurance with XXXX. I got a phone call from them when I was one day late and they are now saying that I have to pay the commission waiver fee off with my {$1500.00} loan. The interest is 30 % and my payment jumped from {$150.00} to {$200.00}. They also want {$15.00} in late fees and {$6.00} to make the payment online or {$12.00} on the phone. Embassy Loans has has my loan for less than two months and they have lied to me, tried to take advantage of me as a single woman, and threatening to repossess my car! I am waiting on XXXX and I am in need of my car for medical appointments and at times have had to live in the car. I would like to refinance with better terms and I am grateful for your help! This company is intentionally reporting a much higher balance than owed. I have contacted them via mail and always receive the same letters with the incorrect balances on it. The balance was reduced XX/XX/2020 to {$680.00} after my car was totaled in an accident by XXXX XXXX, an employee at XXXX. I have enclosed copies of the reduced balance to them and equifax and experian but they still continue to report inacurrate info. XXXX continues to contact me by phone mail.and email demanding that I pay the incorrect amount I answered the phone one day and was told by one of the employees " We know that you owe us {$680.00} but we will not update the balance until you pay us '' You can contact whoever you want '' he was rude and yelling on the phone back around XXXX. I forgot to ask what his name was. I am also interested in suing for damages but would like nothing more than this account to be removed from all credit reports because they are in violation of my consumer rights.

On XX/XX/2018 I signed an agreement for a Tittle loan from a company by the name of Embassy Loans , Inc. I was never informed that if I can prove that I had insurance coverage for six month from the starting date of the lein, they would never charge me in addition the Amount Paid for Voluntary Debt Cancellation Waiver which was XXXX charged on top of the amount I borrowed XXXX ... once I found out I was wrongly charged for not having insurance coverage for 6 months, I called them on XX/XX/18 to demand an explanation .... I had already made 4 payments of XXXX not knowing that I could have faxed them proof that I did have insurance coverage for 6 months on my car. They are also shubbing 28 % interest rate on this loan which is unheard of ... they scammed me into paying more then I got out of this loan ... I need help, I shouldn't have to pay them if they didn't inform me of the 6 month insurance coverage, they deceived me ...

Between XXXX XXXX, I applied and received a {$2500.00} title loan from Embassy loans XXXX I used the money to pay my rent for my business at the time. It wasn't even the end on the month of XXXX, when they repossessed my car. I never had a chance to make a payment. I contacted the company in XXXX, and was told that i was supposed to make a payment with the first 10 days of receiving the loan.So for them to report on my credit to make it seem like I made 2 payments is beyond me. XXXX of 2021, when I went shopping for a vehicle, I notice the inaccuracies on this tittle loan. It wasn't fair to me that I wasn't given the opportunity to pay my loan off. Now, this has came back to haunt me.

XX/XX/2020, spoke first with XXXX then several other employees with this in mind I was a prior customer and had a few questions about this debt cancelation insurance??. And why my past contact was for 12 months then as the new one I was almost ready to sign notice 14 months?? When asked the store was really almost believable but this time as wasn't desperate for the loan being Covid-19 and the hardships every American has trying to scam one isn't going to be taken lightly ... .I have fully covered auto insurance they still added that extra debt cancelation fees cost of even making payments is needed attention by every one ...

I contacted the EMBASSY LOANS INC to inform that the information that they are reporting to the credit bureau is incorrect and I was told that the information would be updated to show the correct information and it has yet to be corrected. I contacted Embassy on XX/XX/2018 and it is now 90 days since i have spoken to they. This has really affected my credit in a negative way and I am looking for a resolution to this problem.
