Hello, I am writing to complain about the services rendered by Elite Mortgage Funding - Company NMLS : XXXX.
The process was pretty smooth until we reached the end of the loan.
My credit score dropped because I missed a payment on 1 of my CC 's - which is now fully paid - and adversely affected my credit score. We wait a month for my score to go back up, however it did not go up enough.
The real issue is that the Banker at Elite Mortgage Funding locked in a higher interest rate ( 3.75 % ) without my consent. This has led the mortgage refinance to fall through because, apparently, at current terms, it is not profitable for them!! EXCUSE ME!
Why have I been working with the same company for 4 months, sharing all my personal information, delaying my mortgage and CC payments per their advise.
The actions of this company have adversely impacted me and my ability to refinance my mortgage. Not to mention, delaying my mortgage payments per their instruction has also negatively impacted me.
I am very dissatisfied with the level of service from Elite Funding and will NOT recommend them to anyone. This was a waste of my time, they lock in the rates without advising with clients and then disregard their approval commitment when it doesn't suit the - shame.
