i sent a letter requesting documentation they provided me a lease agreement without a signature it has a printed name they called it an e signature. they sent an invoice for carpet cleaning XXXX but they final billing statement charges me XXXX in two separate charges of XXXX and XXXX the move in date on the " lease agreement '' is XX/XX/XXXX this is wrong, and there own documentation the move in move out report and the final billing statement and the minol bill show an initial move in date of XX/XX/XXXX the " lease agreement is signed XX/XX/XXXX by the landlord, after i was XXXX with pen and paper hand written signature on the agent or owner line, but name printed by a computer they are claiming to be an signature ( not even valid in real estate contracts ) is dated XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX as they sent a notice in the mail that said that we needed to choose to sign a lease for some amount more than what our rent or pay much more for month to month or move and we needed to make this decision by XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX was a Monday eviction paper work was filed Monday morning the manager knew i was in XXXX. the notice to appear in court was placed on my door not served to me by the county sheriff. on Monday XXXX XXXX i sent a letter to XXXX XXXX ignorant of the fact they had filed eviction for non payment of rent providing my voluntary notice to vacate and give written permission for my parents to enter the apartment to remove my belongings on Wednesday XX/XX/XXXX my father and brother and nephew were let inside by the manager they then removed my things and on the general eviction was ordered on the XXXX and that is the day the manager signed the move in move out report 6 days after i had already vacated. either the manager received the letter giving written permission for my father to enter my apartment as well XXXX a voluntary notice to vacate relinquishing me from any contract as they would have received it within 3 business days of the claimed printed name on this " lease agreement because in the state of Oregon either party has three days to back out of a contract or they let my brother and dad into my apartment without my permission before a general eviction was ordered. After i was released from XXXX i made three phone calls that were not returned to arrange to meet to pay the remaining balance of prorated rent - my deposit eventually i showed up to XXXX XXXX used my key to let myself in and then placed the key underneath the door to the managers office. i did not learn of the outrageous and erogenous claim to debt until i got my credit report two years latter. after i recived the documentation i called them and they refuse to provide me the rental agreement they tell me they will dig up my records and call me back. I have written them a final notice demanding the remove the recording and made a report to the orgegon division of finace regulation as well as the united states depqartment of consumer finance and provided copies of these reports to them and mailing all three documents as well as their own documents provided to me to the above listed agencies as well as to all three credit reporting agencies

My girlfriend put my name on a leasing application with the possibility that both of us might live at these apartments together. I did not sign the application. We decided not to live together at the time, although she decided to lease an apartment at this complex. I did not. I never saw a lease, never signed a lease, and never agreed to any terms of a lease. Now the company is pursuing me for an unknown balance due, which has never been explained to myself or my girlfriend. She moved out at the end of her lease with no balance due. The property manager saw her, spoke with her, and waived good-bye as she drove away on the day she vacated, with no mention of any balance due, whatsoever. Now, Elite Financial is claiming I owe money. I was never a party to a lease at this complex, nor have I ever seen or agreed to any lease terms. I asked Elite Financial to provide a copy of a lease with my signature and they have not, yet they are pursuing me for unknown charges. I have never seen or signed a lease at this property and have no obligation for anything. When I spoke with Elite Financial, they refused to provide any documented evidence to demonstrate that I owed any money and they continue to make demand on me for some unsubstantiated balance due. Elite Financial refuses to provide any documentation as to the origin of the claimed balance due or any documentation explaining why I am responsible for an amount due. I have never dealt with such an unscrupulous company before in my life. Pursuing me for some financial obligation I never agreed to and refusing to provide any documentation to demonstrate why it thinks I owe money ... its a disgrace that this company is allowed to do business in this country.

This company is breaking the law by providing false information to new clients by offering a {$5000.00} if they do not sell the house with in 3 months. They ended up not selling my house and when I told them about my {$5000.00} they ignored me. They stated ( which i have proof by them ) if we do not sell your house in 3 months we will guarantee {$5000.00} compensation for not being able to sell the house. It has been over 3 months and they have not paid my {$5000.00} because they did not sell my house. They promised me {$5000.00} if they did not sell my house and they did not sell my house which it has been over 3 months and till now they did not give my {$5000.00}. They are lying and breaking the law because they are providing false information by stating if they do not sell your house in 3 months they guarantee {$5000.00}. They are bunch of liars. I have spoken to the guy and he says they will not give my {$5000.00}. By providing misleading information Elite XXXX is providing false information to there clients. I am demanding a {$5000.00} compensation for the real estate company not selling my house in 3 months. I need this resolved now or my next complaint would be with the California Attorney General. This letter is a formal complaint against Elite Fin, a collection agency located in XXXX, Mo. They have repeatedly violated my rights per the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and I 'm just over my head with this company. I ca n't take any more of the stress from fooling with this company and them reporting inaccurate and unverifiable derogatory information about me to the Credit Reporting Agencies. First of all, they have refused to validate the debts they claim I owe their company Per the FDCPA. Well I dont owe their company ANYTHING and thats why they cant validate these debts. Secondly, even after debt validation had been requested from them, they deliberately continued collection activity and have electronically verified this debt to the Credit Reporting Agencies, without having validated the dispute with me first, and have since continued to report these accounts to the bureaus. This is a direct violation of the FDCPA and is 100 % unacceptable. Furthermore, Im aware of the many other complaints against this company for their illegal and unethical collection activity. So this really must be addressed and resolved. My next step is to bring media attention to this issue and also to take this matter to court if I have to.

Elite Financial has contacted myself and my fiance several times over the last several months. They will not verify who they are calling from until they are asked MANY times, even after verifying for them that they are speaking to the individual they called for. They are automatically rude and threatening when it comes to any kind of resolution. I have been told multiple times I would receive paperwork/notice in the mail about the debt and how to settle it. Have received nothing at all. After telling them I would not settle the balance without further information they have continued to call my cell phone, but hang up when I answer, and they still continue to call my fiances phone, but will not give him any clear answers. They have threatened to take action on both mine and his credit if we do not resolve the debt.

They called me on my job and when asked not to call, the rep said that they 'd call again if they needed to verify my employment. They also talked rough and kept asking me to commit to a payment. When I said that I did n't know how much I could pay, they tried to bully me into to making a payment by saying, " Do n't you know how much money you 'll have. '' They also told me that they 'd put this on my credit report and I 'd have trouble renting a home/apartment in the future. Lastly, I called them on Wednesday, XXXX XXXX, XXXX to ask them if I could settle the account with a {$100.00} payment since my balance is {$200.00} and I had n't made a payment since XXXX XXXX. They refused the payment. So, I said, " Ok, I will take the {$100.00} and pay it towards another bill, '' and the rep said, " Ok. Have a nice day. ''

Today : XX/XX/18 I tried to call and resolve my debt and the debt collector was rude, antagonized, and belittled me, and when I said I would review my finances and call back in a couple of days he told me they would mark the account as a refusal to pay and hung up on me. I proceeded to call back and insist that I did NOT want a cease and desist placed on my account, that I wanted to pay it, but needed a couple of days to review my finances to which he responded reviewing finances does not take a few days, the debt is delinquent, and if I was serious about paying it I would pay it now, he then proceeded to tell me not to call back, and hung up on me a second time. I reached out in good faith to resolve this, and was insulted, belittled, and told that I would not be able to resolve it.

I purchased a vehicle back in 2016. Less than 30 days of having vehicle the car put me on side of road. Company said they would fix but they did not and kept having issues. I turned car back to finance company a month later and have not made payments. The Elite company has me listed as current and making payments. I have not made payments in years since surrendering vehicle. It is listed on my credit report for involuntary repossession. This is information is invalid and false and is affecting my score and debt to income ratio. I need it to be removed immediately. I have sent out letters and nothing has changed and no response. I have always checked into the companies reviews and ratings saw similar complaints and unprofessional customer service with low ratings.

Rented an apt from landlord for 5 years and on XXXX of 2011, the complex had a fire, set by an XXXX who fell asleep while cooking something that morning. After talking to the landlord, I informed him of moving. It was a total inconvenience, and I was n't safe living there. There was no power, electricity, water, or heat. He said if I break the lease, I 'll get jail time and sued. It was thrown out of court, and the landlord agreed to remove from my credit. It never happened, it 's still on my credit today!

Calling repeatedly during the day. Advised i was working and unable to talk, they repeatedly called back. Upon attempting to return the phone call they immediately hung up on me and then started calling me again. Rep was XXXX @ Elite Financial. I recent pulled my credit report and noticed an account listed that I do n't recall signing any contracts with and by me having a common name I XXXX my name in my area and noticed several people with the same name as myself. After disputing with credit bureau and they claim to have verified but send me no supporting documents as in a copy of a contract of some sort bearing my signature.

Lady is calling saying we are sending XXXX county to your location. I am going to contact XXXX county to see if this is true. They are giving me a case number saying you will be picked up at work or your residence. These companies are selling my information to other people to make it look like I have a loan out. On XX/XX/21 Elite Financial Services , Inc called my ex-husband and discussed my debt with him based only off of his assurance that he was my spouse. This was not a debt he was connected to and I had not given the company permission to speak with him on my behalf.
