Started XXXX/XXXX/2016 at XXXX XXXX ( my caller ID on my phone showed that it was a XXXX NC call ) It was pre-recorded message on a man talking very loudly about 'settling your debt now. ' My mom answered the phone as I was n't home. I tried calling the number back, I heard what sounded like bongos being played and obviously someone picked up because I heard a wicked/evil type laugh, then I was hung up on. XXXX/XXXX/2016 at XXXX XXXX, I get a call, the same number and same caller ID information as from the last call-the man was caucasian and very loud on a prerecorded message saying 'this is your final opportunity to settle your debt at XXXX % off, press 1 now to speak to a representative. ' I pressed one, another recorded voice said to press 1 again, so I ended up pressing 11 ( I wanted to see for myself what kind of company or who they were trying to get ahold of, etc ) and it rang and then hung up. The strange/scary thing is, I DO NOT have any debt and no collection agency is after me.

The debt collection agency Element Global Services had an agent named XXXX contact me at work while I was teaching. He gave me a deadline to call him back or he would be calling my boss. He threatened to have me put in jail and taken to court if I did not pay a certain amount of money on the spot. He also refused to identify himself when he first called. XXXX also threatened to contact my boss with the recording of the line that we were on to show him my " character '' after he made numerous other threatening statements. After researching this company on the internet I have seen nemerous complaints about intimidation tactics from them. XXXX knew information about me that he should n't have and that was an extremely scary thing. I felt harassed and violated by this man.

I have XXXX messages on my phone from a XXXX XXXX from Element Global Services saying he is going to charge me with theft of merchandise and have me arrested over my credit card debts he also called my mother who is sick and elderly XXXX times after he was told do not call he called her names and said she better give me the messages he then called my soon to be ex spouse on a number that should have never been found out and told him watch out and watch what he does I called my local police non-emergency and was told I should do this before making a harassment report on him he has called from many different numbers from XXXX NY and XXXX XXXX

I have been receiving several harassing phone calls from a company called Element Global Services based out of New York State. Each phone caller leaves a voicemail threatening to have me arrested over a debt in which they will give me no information on. They have my social security number. When I ask for information or documents to support their claims against me, they do not provide any. They harass my place of employment and go as far to call relatives cellphone and landlines looking for me. I have documented phone calls with their threats verbatim.

I have not gotten a pay day loan for several years. ( not sure when exactly ). For the past two months a company named XXXX XXXX XXXX has been calling and when I answer they hang up. I am filing for bankruptcy and tried to call them back to give them my information, and every time I get disconnected. Not once have I heard from a real person, it 's always a machine. i do n't know what they want because my payday loan was paid off.

I filed for bankruptcy in XXXX of 2016 and it was discharged on XXXX XXXX, 2016. I have received several calls from a bill collector, XXXX XXXX XXXX, threatening me with legal action if I do not pay the balance on my XXXX credit card. They have threatened to garnish my wages and to send someone out to my house. The collector advised me that since he just " purchased '' the account, the bankruptcy does not apply.

The company is continually calling my XXXXyr Olds cell phone, left a threatening vm that they were going to sue him. I 've called them 3x in regards to this matter stating they have the wrong phone number, and they said it was removed from their files not even asking my name, the number or anything. They are constantly calling and wo n't leave a voicemail. I just want the calls to stop!

I have spoken with them on the phone, first they offered a settlement and I asked to put it in writing, they sent me one via email say I owe millions dollars which was not correct. I asked them to send a corrected one, and a validation of debt owe, alone with they have legal rights to collect, inside that letter I stated no phone calls, and everything in writing.

Debt collector agent from Element Global Services continually calls me looking for someone I do not know. I have had this phone number for 30 years. They tell me they 'll remove my phone number but in a few weeks I get another call. The police department tells me he lives in the same town and they know who he is. This time the agent asked if I was his mother.

Sounds like I 'm being sued. Calls everyday with same harassing robo message. They neglect to identify who 's calling, therefore I will not answer, especially while I 'm at work. Message is obviously meant to intimidate.
