Property Jointly Owned on XXXX, Hawaii since XXXX. In XXXX and XXXX was a Presidential Declared Disaster Area due to XXXX Hurricane and XXXX Flooding. In XXXX and XXXX CARES/COVID. Further to compound things the other individual XXXX XXXX XXXX '' filed XXXX XXXX Bankruptcy which was XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX leaving me solely obligated. Have requested full Payoff info from the HOA XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX + The Club at XXXX XXXX XXXX ' ) - the amounts in default. Only received XXXX, it's been 11 business days and still waiting for XXXX Payoff Amounts. Also had question to HOA ( XXXX ) about maximum yearly interest that is chargable as 30 % of XXXX is interest. I can not get answer on this. This is not a loan- it is HOA. This is not my main concern but secondary. My main concern on both is that even though XXXX sent in XXXX XXXX Discharge info and FED Form 108 to XXXX to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and also to XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and to XXXX Real Tax XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX none have updated their records and all still show him as an obligator. This makes funding a payoff difficult as 3 years later after discharge I can not do anything with his name on with these parties and on the title. Attached are the US BANKRUPTCY court documents showing notice and showing the approved discharge on XX/XX/XXXX. Please update your records so I can continue to move to avoid foreclosure!
