Was contacted by Edward Bukaty, Attorney in regards to the alleged debt via mail in XX/XX/2023. In this notice it was NOT specified to only contact by phone or by mail, the company-provided their email address in the header as well. It mentioned responding by XXXX and i did so. I responded to Mr Bukaty via email on XX/XX/2023 to dispute the alleged debt, his association, its entirety in general. Mr. Bukaty responded with having a lawsuit filed XX/XX/2023. Mr. Bukaty was emailed on his business email server at XXXX. Since then one with access to this server has opened my correspondence regarding the alleged debt a total of 13 times the most recent being XX/XX/2023 at XXXX from a XXXX XXXX LA IP address in the city in which Mr. Bukaty practices. Mr. Bukaty and XXXX XXXX knowingly and neglectfully disregarded the dispute and continued to report negative markings on my credit report. No acknowledgment of email or correspondence of any kind was sent to validate their claim. No Contract. No Billing Statements. ( Past or Present ) No Response! Not even a notice refuting my dispute to be frivolous or irrelevant. Mr. Bukaty office acted premature and malicious in filing the law suit. It was not until i received notices from 2 bankruptcy attorneys on today XX/XX/2023 i was able to confirm my personal information was listed to the public via court records in a lawsuit. A search on the Court records confirmed this lis pendis as well.

XXXX XXXX and partners of Edward F. Bukaty III collection firm are currently reporting a collection balance of {XXXX} that was settled in full with the collection office of Edward F. Bukaty III for the amount of {XXXX} How ever ive spoken to representatives at both companies and ea. company is playing the blame game on one another... This type of unfair activity by creditors and collection companies should be recognized by agencies like your selves should be seen as CRIMINAL .... Not only is this FALSE balance reporting hurting my credit but to add injury to insult they also decided to hit my credit report with a most recent LATE PAYMENT when i honored their settlement to pay before XXXX XXXX See all Exhibits ( XXXX ). This false reporting has been an on going problem sense this collection has been PAID... This matter is ruining my XXXX and XXXX scores ... Each time ive spoken with a representative at XXXX XXXX ive been told i need to dispute this matter or contact the collection company. Please see Exhibits as proof that this matter should not only be corrected but DELETED IMMEDIATELY.

On XXXX XXXX they law firm started taking money out my check for a charge off debt in XXXX. They claim a judgement was filled in XXXX in a state I was no longer living in and didnt receive no notice. Now in XXXX they said they order another judgement for the charge off & fees for the lawyer of {$7000.00} plus courts fees of XXXX pluses etc fees totaling up to almost XXXX but the car charge off amount is only {$4000.00}. The bank is saying they have nothing to do with the lawyer and the account was sold to the law firm Bukaty. I reached out to the law firm and explained they couldnt do this because it was passed the limit of time and this was almost 30 years old.

I requested everything on my file and audit trail XX/XX/XXXX from Edward Bukaty III Law Firm. I only received a paper with amounts on it. Was told it was public record on XX/XX/XXXX to look at it there.
