I transferred to XXXX XXXX XXXX University in XXXX from XXXX XXXX Upon my acceptance, I was awarded scholarships and federal and private student loans. After completion of the program in XXXX, I attended graduation and walked the stage. However, I received an empty diploma holder and inquired about the status of my diploma. The school acknowledged that I completed the requirements to graduate but said they would not issue my diploma until the remaining balance of the private student loan was paid in full. I've inquired several times over the last XXXX years, even stating that they were violating my rights and they still didn't provide my diploma. As of XX/XX/XXXX, the school is closing nationwide and I still have not yet received my diploma. I filed a complaint against them in XX/XX/XXXX. They initially contacted to ask what I needed. They gave me a website that did not have what I needed and have not sent my official transcripts or diploma. When I contacted them after trying the link, my email was blocked from being delivered. See previous complaint # XXXX for pertinent docs. New complaint doc attached.

On XX/XX/XXXX I was placed on a student loan as a co signer without my consent or physical presence to sign the loan. I have finally received copies of the loan documents that prove that fact. i have reason to believe that the Art institute of Austin TX allowed my step daughter to fraudulently sign my name to the loan as it appears to be her handwriting. there is another loan taken out the year prior ( XX/XX/XXXX ) for which i did actually sign and accept cosigner responsibility.. if you compare the signatures you will see vast differences in signature style. At the time of the first loan being taken out, i also provided my drivers license to be photo copied and placed in the record. I believe that for the second loan, the school pulled the copy of the license from the first loan and re-copied it to place in the second loan file. you will also notice the signature on my drivers license matches the first loan from XXXX.

In XXXX I attended Brown Mackie college of XXXX XXXX and shortly after I gave XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX the school was very unprofessional with my XXXX XXXX and My medical condition of XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX for XXXX years I was trying to figure out why I am paying for this loan my medical condition is on going still an I filed an complaint for all of my inflated loans. ( Which credits an diploma are not accredited anymore anywhere ) Due to the closing and lawsuits against the school I have been fighting to cancel these loans or send me the original sign and dated agreement.

My taxes were taken to pay a student loan that I never received schooling properly for. Brown Mackie College somehow had my taxes taken. I am eligible for debt forgiveness.
