Today, I told myself let me contact the credit bureaus to see if XXXX XXXX started my disputes for my file. She has been giving me the run around since I paid her XX/XX/XXXX. Nothing posted on her portal, every time you contact her its like your bothering her with questions and asking about your file. Its been a constant then on top of that someone from the group referred before I purchased trade lines with there business. After speaking with the credit bureaus today again no disputes have been sent out. Ive reached out to XXXX calm and asked her whats going on she stated to me that she sent the disputes in. She told me she would not refund me my money. Im a business owner myself customer service is key! If your taking to many clients maybe you should turn some down so you can accurate for the ones that are paying you. Here are screen shots below regarding this! please beware if your trying to find a good credit repair, do you research before paying someone thats lazy and is going to beat around the bush.
