On XX/XX/2020 I received a phone call from a lady who did not Identify what company she represents and that they were attempting to collect a debt and she stated that a courier was showing up at my home to serve me papers within 1 to 2 hours. I then asked her who is this. she then stated that she was a mediator and not a debt collectors office and she was calling on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX that they had a civil claim against me stating that I was intent to fraud and that I owed XXXX for a credit card that was closed in my name.I explained to her that I did not receive any paper work or prior phone calls pertaining this alleged debt and I could not afford to pay anything today and she attempted to ask for a payment and I told her I have to pay rent and can I make payment arrangements on XX/XX/2020 she then stated that her client was not willing to wait and that she was signing the paperwork stating I was refusing to pay and legal action such as forcible recovery are in effect.
