60 day credit repair said if they dont get my credit score up XXXX points in 60 days I would not have to pay them {$150.00} a month for the whole 12 months they made me start paying on day 1 so Ive paid {$450.00} dollars they had me sign a so called contract thur email I signed it quickly the guy on the phone sent it and stayed on hold said I could read it later. The 90 day came I never heard from them at all in the 90 days, I did text them about a company that put I owed them money on my report that I paid In full 6 month before I was told to call them and talk to them, the Girl told me they couldnt help me, I said what am I paying for? No reply, she emailed me to call her at 90 days I did she told me they got it up XXXX points they said they got 4 things taking off my report, I dont believe I said well I have got my report up XXXX points she told me I still have to pay because I opened a new credit card. I told her no she said she would have XXXX the owner call me, they also had me sign up for a company XXXX monitoring {$20.00} a month I have tried to cancel and they say I cant due to 90 day credit repair, I posted a XXXX review that has my picture on my account they replied to my review and have posted my personal information I also asked to cancel there services 6 weeks before 90 days was told I cant do that.

I consulted with a 60 day credit repair agency in XXXX of 2020 and never signed a contract or agreement. The verbal agreement was to go month to month until I cancel. NO CONTRACT WAS SIGNED. After 60 days, I decided to cancel going forward with 60 day credit repair. They then resourced XXXX XXXX, XXXX of XXXX Florida. I received 2 phone calls and no documentation identifying me to this debt collection. They can not show me a signed contract by me and attempting to collect a debt for {$1200.00} now visible on my credit report. This is a fraudulent practice and harassment.
Attached document is the ONLY agreement I willfully signed and is by no means a contract.

The sales representative doing a phone call stated a false claim or misleading information. He stated that their company do not report to credit bureaus if balance is not paid if client were not able to make a payment. He stated they are here to fix clients credit and not damage them. I did not pay for service because I was misinformed. Call was recorded.
