In XX/XX/XXXX, I received a garnishment judgement for a balance that was owed to the XXXX College of XXXX in Colorado. The College sent the matter over to XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX sent the debt to a law firm. On the judgement that was sent to my employer for garnishment, it says that the order was originally entered in XX/XX/XXXX. My last known address which I have not lived at since XX/XX/XXXX is listed, and my mothers name is listed as my alias. I would like to make it known that I have never used my mother 's name as my own, and while attending school I never listed her as responsible for helping me pay for school. The amount of around 2,100 included attorney fees, and interest. The order also listed how much had been applied to the account via my state refund being offset. I sent a letter to the court, because I have n't lived at that address and I have never been served with an order to garnish my wages. I also have an issue with my balance with XXXX, because in the summer of XX/XX/XXXX I was placed on academic probation for failing some classes. One of the stipulations with that decision was that I could not receive financial aid until my grades were at an acceptable G.P.A. I had previously signed up for a certificate course that had five classes to complete for the fall semester. The total amount for the program was over {$3000.00}. Those classes should have been dropped because there would not be financial aid to cover the amount due. You ca n't start classes until arrangements are made. After the fall semester came around, I found out that my classes were n't dropped and I was being billed for those 5 classes that I never walked into. Along with money that went back for my loans and grants. My account balance with the school was over 5,000. I had tried to talk with them but no one got back to me on the issue. I had made some payments directly to XXXX XXXX and had knowledge of my account be paid by my state tax refund. Or so I thought. A few days ago, I received another judgement from that law firm that was sent to my employer. This time there was an amount due for over 5,200 for XXXX College of XXXX. The total was for over {$6600.00}. That was the only difference. My name is still mine and my mother 's as my alias. My last known address is that address that I have not lived at since XX/XX/XXXX. And the order which I was not served with was entered in XX/XX/XXXX. The balance in more aligned with what I have with my student account. The only difference is that there are not payments made to this account. But once again I was never served to dispute that balance in court. I had no knowledge of this order until this year. I did n't even know I could not get into my XXXX XXXX account to view my balance until XXXX of this year. So what account have I been paying on? I think that my mother had an account as well and the falsely listed her as my alias and they are suing me for both accounts. My mother by the way is still living. The reason why I believe this is because it is impossible to have two different student accounts at one school. There 's only one XXXX College of XXXX and only one XXXX XXXX, with one student account balance. This law firm has been unethical with how they 've handle the cases and falsely served me with an order. And they are combining mine and my mothers balance.

CASE XXXX ( divorce case ) Parties responsible : XXXX XXXX for XXXX XXXX XXXX Role : created fraudulent child support order found in XX/XX/XXXX final orders. Mr. XXXX has asserted he made no mistake and refuses to direct CSE , COUNTY ATTORNEY, or courts to fix his fraudulent child support order. XXXX COUNTY ATTORNEYs OFFICE ( intervenors and have court order to modify child support and have since XXXX ). XXXX County Child Support Enforcement Agency~states it has taken no action ( verification uploaded in complaint ) but has suspended my drivers license, reported this roughly $ XXXX fraudulent child support order to my credit knowing its false. These acts are intentional and malicious and have caused excessive damages to myself from all parties. HISTORY Child support order from XX/XX/XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX XXXX County Attorneys Office and Child Support Enforcement Agency motion the court after my ex was ordered to pay support ( which agencies aware he never paid ) ; court order granted XXXX County District Attorney and XXXX County Child Support Enforcement Agrncy to modify child support at at any time unless it terminated as intervenors to the case ( it has not ). The XX/XX/XXXX order is clearly erroneous as I was ordered to pay, though my financial affidavit was based off around XXXX/monthly ) child support order of a $ XXXX wage earner. County attorney and CSE, via a number of emails, told me I had to go through the court though it had changed it before. Went through XXXX court, attempted to, twice. The same magistrate a number of issues are pending appeal, including this, as she repeatedly acknowledge my evidence and as a result set hearings and had me prepare only to vacate them transcripts will show was invalid and crossed the abuse of discretion line. Continued to hound CSE/county attorney. This has caused my first eviction, first car repo, and much more. Ive finally gotten the county attorney XXXX, and CSE XXXX XXXX via email to offer a modification after years of denying to do so. Its also been stated in an email CSE And county attorney are NOT and have NOT taken action against me. These agencies have been emailed verification this is in my credit, my drivers license is suspended, over half of my EMERGENCY unemployment is garnished along with everything else. It refuses to fix the issues and its destroying my career. I have a degree in Finance and have proof of jobs I cant get bc of all of this. I have a number of issues pending appeal which makes it impossible for the court and CSE and county attorney to change child support order now as its held in abeyance ( law change XX/XX/XXXX in parental responsibilities concerning WC ). Im being offered a modification but it takes 4-6 months without pending appeals. It doesnt fix my credit report. It doesnt fix arrearages though this is XXXX countys fault. Again emails will provide and logs to CSE Ive been trying to correct this with these entities since XX/XX/XXXX before it was even due. Please hold accountable. Make an example out of thus county please.

Child Support has ALREADY reported the derogatory and inaccurate information to the credit bureaus. Child Support Enforcement is refusing to honor an administrative hearing court order, regarding child support. I had a child support administrative hearing a few months ago that ruled in my favor. I requested an administrative hearing to dispute the child support amount. It was a case where the mom ( custodial parent ) didnt inform Child Support Enforcement that during an 8-month period, that the child was living with the dad ( non-custodial parent ), full-time and she chose not to see the child for the first 5 months of that time. I requested the hearing because even though physical custody had changed, she continued to receive child support, because she didnt notify them of the change when it happened. Child support has ignored the ruling, and despite my many attempts, they are continuing to refuse to honor the specific order details, pertaining to the monthly child support amount ( Child support amount changed for a certain period because physical custody had changed for a period of time ). I have faxed in requests for them to correct/adjust their records and to issue ME ( non-custodial parent ) the required $ 2,000+ overpayment, as awarded. Instead, they sent the mom ( custodial parent ) the $ $ credit ( overpayment ), that was due to me. I have been calling and trying for months to get Child Support Enforcement to correct/update their records and make the proper adjustments, but they refuse. I personally went into a local office, more than once, and was given a payment history to show all the payments that had been received by Child Support Enforcement. I was also given a history of the required child support obligations. Their child support order history amount is incorrect because it doesnt represent the corrections of the child support amounts that were listed ( adjusted ) in the administrative hearing court order. Hi, for the past 4 months I've been going back and forth the credit reporting agencies regarding these accounts in question and the reason for this is because I know that these accounts are being reported incorrectly. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( 609 ) it is my right to challenge any account in my credit if I believe they are being reported inaccurate, unverifiable or incomplete. I believe they are and some of them have been corrected on some of the bureaus and some have not. I would like to make this complaint to show the level of urgency I have towards this matter. If you can please help I would really appreciate it. These accounts have to be deleted since they are holding my credit scores back and I'm looking to use my credit soon to make a major purchase. My divorce agreement was through the state of XXXX, there was never a child support order because we had shared custody ( the Custodial parent became nonexistent for 12 years! ) I had never seen nor did I sign the document they have, the order isn't even correct even if I had! Child goes to live with mother who lived in XXXX Unbeknownst that she was moving and I still dont know where nor seen or spoken to my child, I've been paying XXXX Child support and current but XXXX states I'm arrears {$28000.00} from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX at 12 months that's {$2300.00} a month? I asked if there was a document my my Or a judge 's signature on it with their office the answer was no, Nor have I been to any Judiciary setting in XXXX before a judge! XXXX XXXX stated my child was not in state asst, that it was my obligation to support my child, I informed him that I am and that his information was incorrect, How can a person owe two states for one child? Being up to date and current in the state where ordered to pay and past due with outstanding for nonpayment with another? Still intercepting my tax returns and shows no record, also ruining my credit and crippling my employment with two financial institutions with no investigation and mindset " that I'm a XXXX Dad '', when I owe that State Nothing! What the two states have going is their deal but my end of it is confirmed current? My exwife has claimed my child since birth on her Taxes ( 15 yrs ) and was nonexistent for 12yrs, yes I turned her in to the IRS, but never paid for nothing and was shocked if he got a game for a birthday!

I cant qualify for a mortgage because Child Support Enforcement refuses to delete inaccurate child support information from my XXXX credit report. My credit report shows that my account has been late and/or collections 9 times ( 9 months ). I have faxed in requests for them to correct their incorrect reporting. I personally went into a local office and was given a payment history, to show that the payments had been received by Child Support Enforcement and that they never were late. I was also given an official letter from the Child Support Enforcement Department, stating that they had reported the account erroneously and that this account has never been past due and was never in collections. The letter states that, all 9 months ( the months are individually listed on letter ) were reported erroneously as being late and/or in collections. Even though they gave me the letter and the payment history report to show everything is current and has never been late, they are continuing to report the erroneous/negative/delinquent information. I have been trying for months to get Child Support Enforcement to correct ( delete this account ) my report and they are now refusing to do it. I joined XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2020. XXXX XXXX XXXX is located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX, IN XXXX. The assistant manager was extremly rude to me on several occations. Also they were not observing social distancing in the gym because the equipment was extremly close to each other and was very crowded. The gym was dirty and not where I wanted to go. I told the owner I wanted to cancel afer 3 days. He agreed and sent me a cancelation form. I filled it out and dropped it off to him. He would not give me copies of my contract or signed cancellation form. However I took him at his word that I would be cancelled and refunded my money. After 2 weeks, I did not see a refund. I notified him and he said he was not going to refund my money. He also stated if I disputed the charges with my cerdit card company, he would charge me for a full 3 months and addtional charges and send over to a collection agency. I did dispute the charges with XXXX XXXX Credit card. They reversed the charges. He has sent this over Eagle Accounts Group located at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, IN XXXX. They are trying to collect on a cancelled account and with added fees that I do owe. Please help as this company ruthless in its business practices and trying to extort money that is not due to them.

I applied for a home equity loan and when the bank checked on the property title they found that there was a lean on the property placed in 2019 from Eagle Account Group in XXXX. So I called Eagle Account Group and talked to XXXX told her who I was and gave her the complaint number. She then asked me my birth date and if my middle initial was C, I told her the date and no it was W. then she asked if I live on XXXX XXXX XXXX. or ever had, I told her no and that I have lived at my current address for over 30 yrs. she tells me that my middle initial doesn't match the address that they have in there file. Could not get any more information from her, she just kept saying I would have to have the bank contact her to verify who I am. I have never received any notice from them about any past due bills or anything ( probably because I'm not the right person ) I don't see how they can just pick a person with the same first and last name and put a lean on they're property. Shouldn't they make sure who they're filing on by checking birth dates and social security numbers or even contacting the person that they pick at random. Now I have bad credit report and a lean on my property for no reason other than the fact that I have the same first and last name!

I also have been taking care of a sick parent that been in & out of the hospital plus helping financially as much as possible. I 've disputed child support enforcement account # XXXX going on 5 times before, I 've provide full official documentation from my county clerks office, the official account history keeper, showing every payment I 've made since XX/XX/XXXX-XX/XX/XXXX without missing a single payment since the day I was ordered to begin paying child support, XXXX and XXXX, have fixed the account listed above accordingly and in my favor since I have proof, XXXX seems to not care about my proof and has failed to fix this issue. There response is always we are working on it or the documentation you 've provided is not sufficient, how ca n't it not be sufficient when it comes straight from the XXXX county Clerks Office. Please help, I 've attached complete 7 year history of payments from day 1 till now, plus a separate month statement XX/XX/XXXX to be exact, according to XXXX I failed to pay on that month, and lastly a couple transcripts from web chats with child support agents, where I clearly state my case with them about this error and they acknowledge no delinquencies on my account. On XX/XX/2020 I received a letter from the department of revenue child support program XXXX XXXX XXXX me XXXX XXXX, fl XXXX claiming that I owe them {$25000.00} since receiving that letter I have tried contacting the agency to ask for proof of this debt and what agreement did myself and then entered in or if there was a promise to pay or any paperwork that could validate their claim but they ignore me time and time again.on XX/XX/2020 I traveled to XXXX where I stayed for 4 months upon my return I found out that this agency had taking me to court and now I am order to pay them {$790.00} and {$150.00} again I have yet to see anything from this company about the contract that I signed with them or any promises that I made i believe this all fraud and abuse of the court system since they have the funds to trap me in the courts and I am hepless because I don't have the means to adequate representation. This is complicated. My daughter is XXXX years old and going to college. I am XXXX and XXXX. I am the non-custodial parent living in XXXX. The law states that the non-custodial parent ONLY is required to continue to pay XXXX XXXX as long as the child is in college until she reaches XXXX years old OR UNLESS SHE FAILS TO REPORT HER PROGRESS TO ME, HOURS, GRADES ETC ... so I am paying {$3000.00} a year to support her and believe me I have contacted local, state and federal offices and nothing matters. I am nobody. I only know of where she may be in college at. Ive never got a report from her or the college, no grades, no nothing. This college continues to sell this negative account to different debt collectors giving my PII to random companies and I do not owe this debt! this is my second time disputing this same information and I will be seeking legal action for fraudulent charges.
