This is a new complaint against a different company, but related to complaints XXXX and XXXX Addendum to initial complaint to XXXX, CFPB : This complaint at its origin relates to an Original Creditor Account under XXXX XXXX XXXX. They allegedly sold it to XXXX XXXX who claims to be XXXX XXXX XXXX. Regardless it is a collection agency. Through disputing this collection as I had exercised Credit Protection on it when I became XXXX came many malicious attempts by the collector to cause me harm. They even went as far on this date to have one of their buddy collection agencies harass me because they knew they could not contact me. A description of that account is described below. On XX/XX/2021 XXXX XXXX XXXX reported an OK for payment status in their monthly reporting. On XX/XX/2021, XXXX XXXX XXXX, knowing I was in underwriting of a loan, removed the OK for XXXX and inserted a 120 day late causing it to appear as if a new collection had been added to my report. On XX/XX/2021, I sent out complaints to all financial regulatory bodies because XXXX XXXX XXXX did this after the Bank and XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX closed out my CFPB case by errantly verifying/validating that the account was accurate, there was no record of credit protection on my account, and they provided about a dozen statements where each one of them up until XXXX were charged for reflect a charge for Credit Protection. Those charges stopped in XXXX, because as the Bank told the CFPB and XXXX, they were notified in XXXX that I wanted to exercise my Credit Protection. The details beyond whats in that agreement are immaterial because we never agreed on it. Example nowhere in the agreement does it say that you have to call XXXX XXXX XXXX and be given a different number that you will call them and then XYZ. It just doesnt work that way. Per their own agreement and their statement via letter, I was qualified, I was not disqualified for any reason and I notified them TWICE within 365 days. That is all I was required to do per their Agreement and therefore the information the Collection Agency used out of that letter was no record of another call. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in its response to the CFPB, cherry picked just those words out of the entire response. On XX/XX/2021 I called XXXX and told them that this was a malicious attempt to derail my loan application and I added that the bureau provided no possible avenue to expedite supporting documentation for removal. I demanded the account be removed in its entirety. XXXX removed the last 3 payments but not the account as a whole, yet the account has been verified and validated to be accurate over 7-9 times. That dispute/complaint information that I copied to XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX regarding the XXXX XXXX XXXX on my Credit Report was opened at IP Adress XXXX on Tuesday, XX/XX/2021 XXXX XXXX. On Tuesday, XX/XX/2021 XXXX XXXX, I received a call from somebody at a company named DRS asking me to verify my name and last 4 of my social security number. I asked who it was and what the matter was generally regarding. I was placed on hold and a XXXX XXXX I believe came back on the line and tried the same tactic to validate my debt, not my identity. He actually said those words in the call believe it or not. I said, unfortunately without knowing who you are, I cant give you any information about me, but youre more than welcome to mail it to me. Mid sentence I was cut off and he said, well than unfortunately trust me Im not going to tell you why Im calling and hung up the phone. I researched the phone number and DRS Turns out DRS is Dynamic Recovery Solutions, a collection agency not associated with this debt, however is located in XXXX, SC XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX is located in XXXX, SC XXXX. I am asserting that 2 collection agencies conspired to circumvent the FDCPA and FCRA to try to provide a verification by proof that I said I am who I am. They needed another collection agency to do it because on XX/XX/2021, XXXX wrote me agreeing to cease collection and not call me. So they had Dynamic do it. He was a frustrated little boy when he didn't get his way. While this account was under dispute, the collection agency that said it would cease collection against me and not sell the debt, outsourced XXXX XXXX XXXX to collect the debt. If that's not violating the law ... I'm going to file suit and represent myself because I will show everybody how it's against the law. It is against the law for a debt collector to call to collect a debt while that debt is being disputed. I don't know this debt collector, I don't have any other accounts that are derogatory and the companies operate down the road from each other ... coincidence? Nah FACTS : XXXX XXXX XXXX, L.P./LVNV FUNDING CLAIMED OWNERSHIP OF THIS ACCOUNT NOT DYNAMIC RECOVERY SERVICES. NOBODY HAS PROVIDED ME SUFFICIENT VALIDATING DOCUMENTATION. THIS WAS A PURELY MALICIOUS ATTEMPT TO VERIFY MY IDENTITY TO SUBSEQUENTLY VERIFY THE ACCOUNT IS MINE AND SUBSEQUENTLY VERIFY ITS ACCURACY TO YOU AND THE BUREAUS. This behavior reaches the level of criminal and I'm inclined to file complaint with the Justice Department of South Carolina and the United States Justice Department.

On XX/XX/2018, XXXX, someone called me on my cell phone whose name I couldn't catch. At first there was silence even though I said hello three times ; so I remained on the line without saying anything, then a female rapidly gave me her name and the name of her company, which I didn't catch, and asked me if I was -- -- -- -- --. At first, because there was so much chatter in the background as though it was a call center, I hesitated with my name confirmation and asked what the call was concerning. She said she couldn't tell me unless I confirmed that it was me. So I said " YOU called me and I am XXXX XXXX. So what is this about? '' She repeated she had to confirm that it was me, and in that moment I realized she was looking for personal information which I was not going to give over the phone ; so I told her that I wasn't going to give any more information so she could hang up. She said she couldn't do that, so I said " Well, I can. '' and hung up. About 5 minutes later, not knowing exactly WHO called me, I dialed XXXX to get more information regarding the identity and legitimacy of the company. A connection was made and immediately a recording informed me that the conversation would be recorded. Again, though the female which answered was different in voice, she was the same in manner and spoke rapidly asking if I was -- -- -- -- -- -. This time I sought a different approach and answered immediately that I was he and I informed her that someone called me 5 minutes ago and I inquired why. Again, she asked me if I was -- -- -- -- -- - and I said " I already said that I was. '' She said I can't tell you without confirmation ; yet she had also said that my number ( cell phone number ) had " come across her desk ''. So to me, my cell phone number is my identifying number and the number came up when I returned the call. Around in circles, so I told her that's okay and that I was hanging up but I will report her number to the proper authorities. She said fine and I hung up. When I got home a few hours later, I looked up the telephone number which led me to numerous complaints against XXXX XXXX XXXX. These are some examples : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX

This appears to be from a charged-off credit card BANK ONE, I do NOT recognize. The Charge-off date appears XX/XX/XXXX. No Complaint ever filed. No payment by me was made on this account. Starting XX/XX/XXXX, I received a Collection Letter from a MA attorney. My attorney mailed a letter to this attorney, requesting a copy of any Judgment for this issue. We never received a reply. Letters continued to arrive from this Collection Attorney. Finally, they seemed to cease. XX/XX/XXXX/XX/XX/XXXX- I receive another Collection Notice, for same original account, from a different Collection/Debt Buyer. XXXX XXXX XXXX. My attorney mailed a 'Cease & Desist '' letter, via USPS Certified Mail. After this letter, my attorney received a call from the law firm for this Collection Co. Calls back and forth went on for about one month. I was told these notices would cease. XX/XX/XXXX- I received another Collection Notice for the same account, from a different Collection/Debt Buyer, Dynamic Recovery Solutions and Accelerated Financial Solutions. My attorney mailed the same " Cease & Desist '' letter to these new Collectors, via Certified USPS. I counted XXXX Collection/Debt Buyers on this account since it states it Charged-off. My attorney filed a complaint against XXXX, for allowing the account to continue, and against Dynamic ( DRS ) and XXXX ( XXXX ) for not checking any status on this account before proceeding. In documents with these companies, my complete SS # is reflected. There is n't any redaction. I am really scared this will continue. Is there a limit on how often a debt can be bought and sold over time? This could go on for infinity, and the Debt Buyers/Collection Agencies do not seem concerned. I do n't have any assurance my personal information is safe. Help!

Dynamic Solutions XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, SC XXXX Attempting to collect zombie debt. I have filed a complaint with my State Attorney General, documentation was sent proving SOL has expired. Review found on the internet : Just received a call from this 'company ', robocall and then probably a 45 second pause to a live person asking for my husband. I said WHO IS THIS? The lady responds DYNAMIC RECOVERY SOLUTIONS? May I leave a message for your husband? I said no, this is a scam call, she said OK Mam, goodbye. Yeah, blocked that number. I do n't have unpaid debt out there. Probably something that 's over 15 years old. Ridiculous. -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- - I received a call from a XXXX with Dynamic Recovery Solutions, He left an XXXX but also a local number XXXX on XX/XX/2015. I called the XXXX XXXX credit card fraud division and they confirmed they found nothing with my name, address or ssn. I called XXXX back and he answered! I informed him I spoke with XXXX XXXX fraud division who stated they do not sell debt or use outside collection agencies. This fool says, they did this is a 14 year old debt! I said you have got to be kidding, I am calling the police and I have never heard from him again! And Ii never received that plan white envelope either.

I was contacted by Dynamic Recover Solutions ( XXXX, SC ) about a debt from 2001 that I supposedly still had n't paid. I do n't have a debt outstanding from that time, plus it 's been XXXX years. They rattled off ALL of my personal information, including my SSN, address, current loans, phone number, etc. this is VERY scary. I told the person that I wanted to dispute the collection and they said I could " settle '' the collection for {$150.00}. The call ended and I decided to do some digging online about this company. Come to find out, they routinely contact people with fake outstanding balances, most of which stem from XXXX years ago. They press and press and press to get vital personal information turned over to them. When I arrived home, my wife had informed me that she had received a call from them too. XXXX minutes after my call. This is an obvious phishing scam, and I believe these people need to be stopped and prosecuted for fraud. It 's insane to me that there pages and pages of complaints and XXXX submissions, yet they are still calling people.

Dynamic Recovery repeatedly called my home. NEVER did they state who they were trying to reach. Dynamic stated that they were a debt collector and to call a number. When I finally called the number I asked why they did not address who they were trying to reach, and I was told it was " legal '' and when I pressed the issue, I was hung up on. I called immediately back and spoke to person identified as XXXX XXXX. I stated that I was hung up on, and if he did so I would file a complaint. In our short conversation, when I gave him the phone number, which I consider private information, he stated that the call was for a " XXXX XXXX ''. I have had this number for 10 years. I do not know XXXX XXXX. I stated this fact, and asked him why Dynamic could not simply state who they were calling for. He became rude and defensive, talking over me, stating that this number has been " removed ''. When I asked him why MY TIME was wasted calling, for no good reason, he hung up on me.

The supposed collection agency, Dynamic Recovery Solutions, started calling me around this summer and their calls have gotten increasing in number in the last few weeks. I have a very common phone number that is often misdialed, and I know I do not have any outstanding debts. They also call me from a lot of different numbers with my same area code, but verball leave a different number for me call back in their voicemails. I also do not live where the area code my phone number is from, which leads me to believe they do n't actually know my current address. I have only had one credit card in my life, my only medical experiences were while I was under my parents ' insurance, and I have never missed a student loan payment ( my only debt ). This company has a large number of complaints online from both consumers and creditors for their shady and often threatening practices, including not paying creditors and harassing consumers about false debts.

Dynamic Recovery Solutions is the latest in a series of companies who 've apparently " bought '' very Action Card accounts. I 've told them repeatedly I 've not had an Action card since XX/XX/XXXX, which I paid off both ; I 've noted there was nothing about Action Card in my credit records when I bought a house in XX/XX/XXXX ; I 've demanded they send some sort of proof that I owe them anything, which they have not done ; I 've asked them to stop the daily calls at all times of the day, at home and work. Dynamic Recovery Solutions is the current company hassling me - their latest " offer '' says the " current owner '' of the alleged debt is XXXX. I want these people stopped.

Was contacted by Dynamic Recovery for a debt they asked if I had the original creditor and I said I do not believe so, they said that is not the same as not having it, then they stated that they have information where I pay for XXXX cars at a rate of {$1000.00} each and I pay for XXXX credit cards. This information is not only grossly false but is an invasion of my privacy and is not a matter of public record and is not part of the debt they are claiming is associated to me and has not bearing on my financial status and this is all before they provided proof of the debt. They were argumentative and did not want to take my request for a dispute.

I was told that I have this XXXX XXXX debt that I did not obtain. I filed a fraud claim with XXXX XXXX back in 2014 and was told that they do not have any substantial information to say it was mine. I do n't understand why I am still getting harassed to pay a debt that I have already filed a fraud claim for and was told they did not have a signature or anything on file. So I need for the XXXX major credit bureaus to permanently take this off my account and I need these debt collectors to understand that this was fraud and my personal information was used. They are selling each other debts that is useless and fraudulent.

XXXX/XXXX/17 A female operator contacted me from Dynamic Recovery claiming I owed a debt of {$690.00}. She asked for my social security number, which I would not give her. She then went on to explain about the debt and what company it was from. I told her I did n't have the funds at the moment and she went on about paying it off in the future. So when I told her I need to confer with my partner, she got belligerent and loud on the phone being disrespectful. Even though she said " with all due respect '', she was raising her voice with me about paying the debt and would not listen to what I had to say.
