Beginning on XX/XX/XXXX Dynamic dedicated Financial Partners began to call me 5-10 times a day. I never answer number I do not know. they never left a message. At XXXX n XX/XX/XXXX I answered the phone and told them not to call me again. At XXXX they called back using a un-available number and at XXXX XX/XX/XXXX they began to call every 10 minutes even after being informed under the Fair Credit protection act to cease and desist, and even so far as calling them on their own number and speaking to " Supervisors '' and the " President " of the company and informing them that I had every intention of hiring a lawyer and sue them as well as laughing at my threat to file this report. To date they are still calling 5-10 times a day.

This company keeps calling me, all day long, to try and contact my step-daughter who may or may not owe a debt. But the people who call and harass me many times per day ( they have calles me three times today, XXXX XXXX ) illegally tell me about my step-daughter 's credit issues. They also keep demanding to talk to my husband to confirm that my step-daughter does n't live with me even though I 've told them numerous times he 's passed away. I have XXXX XXXX XXXX , and I can not handle this ruthless company calling my all day long for an alleged debt that has nothing to do with me!
