I received paperwork from the courts on the 21st of this month. It informed me that my wages were being garnished as of now. It came with no paperwork for me to argue my case there's no 20-day grace period for me to explain why they were incorrect.. so my wages will be garnished as of now close to {$700.00} a month.. and the thing about it is I wasn't aware of any debts I owed and supposedly this is from Dynamics collection agency on XXXX Washington trying to collect a debt from around XXXX I'm aware that doesn't go away. But I'm also aware of the statutes of limitations they have to file a lawsuit against me I believe in Washington state is 6 years this debt goes all the way back to 15 plus years.. I believe the reason they didn't give me any paperwork for me to respond is because they know that what they're doing is against the law. Yeah come to find out my debt I owed supposedly was around {$570.00} After they added all their fees and everything on to it they almost added {$3000.00} to that debt so I owe over {$3600.00} now.. they know exactly what they're doing they know it's against the law for them to follow a lawsuit after a certain amount of time they could have called me they never ever called me and tried to collect any debt for me at any point in the last 15 years all the sudden they wait they garnish my wages without even contacting me to let me know they're doing that. And as of now money will be taken out of my paycheck next week. The company is dynamic collection agency out of XXXX Washington their lawyer is XXXX XXXX XXXX body his law firm is also in XXXX Washington.

I was served tonite by a processor server at XXXX XX/XX/23. The court stamps are NOT legible to see where it came from and the date stamp from the court is dated XX/XX/23. Im suppose to respond within 20 days The case number listed by the lawyer representing the collection agency is not real. They are also suing me with a XXXX doe and Im not married they listed marital community. I did a state search and found a completely different case number not even similar, the case number on the papers are only 6 digits versus the 9 digits including letters in the wa court database. The order is also dated XX/XX/23 a month before the order was filed. The suit is for a medical bill for {$390.00} that I havent received any correspondence from. The debtors have also added interest and fees pushing the amount to over {$700.00}. This same lawyer and collector did this previously waited a month to serve my employer after they filed exparte where I wouldve shown up to proof the debt was paid. After they garnished my checks and then had the money returned due to this debt being paid. Also the lawyer and the collection agency work from the same address

I did file an XXXX XXXX XXXX claim # XXXX on XX/XX/2021 at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, for a work injury. The claim was accepted by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX paid all medical bills including a pneumatic boot for {$510.00}. After many documents requested by all parties involved, on XX/XX/202XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX withdrew the money for this walking boot from XXXX XXXX {$420.00}, stating that the claim was denied. My medical insurance XXXX paid {$190.00} to and the rest of {$190.00} was billed to me. I want to mention that a XXXX boot retail price is {$60.00} on XXXX. XXXX XXXX medical charge is not justified. XXXX XXXX XXXX is putting me in the Dynamic Collectors Inc. for {$190.00}. Please I need help with this collection that XXXX XXXX XXXX insurance was responsible for. Thank you.

I have never been to this establishment, when I looked them up, XXXX XXXX, I found that under their reviews that they have been doing this to countless people - I do not know them and do not wish to be scammed. If it is somehow my debt to pay I would like to pay it once and for all, other people under the reviews as I read had tried to go through the company to pay and had been scammed into paying twice and still received debt collection papers later as if they had not payed. Please help me to pay it once and for all if it somehow a true debt. I am a young person and know little about credit but I would like to avoid further messing up credit.

I have tried to get in contact with them a number er of times ... I was doing very good on paying it off then I lost my job, tried to reach out to them to left them no and received nothing. When I finally did I asked if I could get a resolution amount which I didn't receive. And then got documents that I'm getting garnished

We sent debt validation letters Dynamic Collectors Inc.but they didnt respond in the timeframe and didnt send all information requested.

XXXX XXXX went out business. I made my payments, but the company that took over didnt apply them to my account. We disputed those charges which then was sent to collections.
