Dispute Debt Collection Letter XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, CO XXXX Durango Credit and Collection XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Co XXXX XX/XX/XXXX Dear Collector I was notified by your company on XX/XX/XXXX regarding an alleged debt. Ambulance Service transported me to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, CO XXXX emergency room two times without being tested for XXXX and no real clear-cut diagnosis at the time, had symptoms of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I do not understand why the hospital/ambulance service did not charge the bill to my Medicare Card . I was XXXX XXXX XXXX and got XXXX two times and could not work. Some of the employees that work for the ambulance service was unprofessional and rude ( kicked my foot as I was waking up from passing out ). I request all the following information be provided to me by mail. Then amount of the alleged debt. The full name and mailing address of the original creditor for the alleged debt. Documentation showing you have verified that I am responsible for the debt. Documentation showing you are licensed to collect debts in Colorado. If you continue attempting to collect on this debt or seek judgment for payment of the debt without first providing written verification, you will be in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Additionally, the debt can not accrue any fees or interest beyond what is allowed by state law. Sincerely, XXXX XXXX

Durango Credit & Collections is attempting to collect a debt to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX both located in XXXX, Colorado. I am not and have not been a patient at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. They refuse to remove the debt from their collection account as well as my XXXX Credit Bureau account. This is not my debt as I have never been a patient of this clinic.
