I purchased an owner-occupied home on XX/XX/2019 from XXXX XXXX Services for XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX. I obtained a loan from XXXX bank which is now XXXX bank in the amount of {$160000.00}. My sales contract shows the legal property description as follows : Property Description : The property is located in XXXX XXXX, Florida. Property Tax Id : XXXX. Legal description of the Real Estate Property : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX The Warranty Deed I received at closing lists the property description as : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in XXXX XXXX XXXX, Page ( s ) 10, of the Public Records XXXX XXXX XXXX, Florida. Parcel Identification Number : XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX illegally changed the legal property description, submitted a fraudulent warranty deed to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX now XXXX XXXX ) that excluded Lot 1 and Lot 2 from the warranty deed I received at closing. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX sold Lot 1 & Lot 2, to two different, out of state, married couples who they have previously completed several real estate transactions with. I am not certain if these individuals who are actual people or fake people. Lot 1 has the address of XXXX and Lot 2 has the address of XXXX. The homes are being managed by a property management company called XXXX XXXX. I have substantial evidence that will prove that fraud and other illegal acts in a real estate transaction was committed by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX.
