XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) The Dowler Law Firm XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, AR XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX Supposedly Representing the Board Of Trustees for the University of XXXX d/b/a University of XXXX for Medical Sciences.
I paid the bill for {$130.00} on XX/XX/2019. I called the University of XXXX and told them the bill had been paid. The University said there would be no court date since the bill was paid. The XXXX proceeded with a judgement against me and illegally put a garnishment on my paycheck although I had paid the bill months before. The garnishment was placed on my paycheck indicating that I had been on strike with the XXXX XXXX School District and I did not strike. The withdrawal was held up until that paycheck was disbursed. Deducting amounts from my paycheck and illegally making it look like I did not pay the bill. I paid the bill and he sued for his fees. XXXX XXXX XXXX did not give me time to pay him his attorney 's fees and he carried out an illegal process with the help of the District Court of XXXX, Arkansas. The withdraw from my check, public humiliation to me with my employer garnishment was not needed when I had already paid the bill. He meaning XXXX XXXX XXXX carried out a defemation of character with my employer about me. Harrassment comes in different forms ad unfortunately this was one form. The law firm needs to be in trouble and the process of University of XXXX Medical Sciences. This was deliberate in nature to lower my credit score. Personal Vendeta.
