XXXX XXXX from DG FUNDING called me. Offered to help me refinance and remove XXXX XXXX. I asked for mortgage rates, which she would not provide, asked for bank statements and tax return. I told her I did not want to do that without know what rates where, she said it depended on what financial proof I had. Reluctantly I provided bank statement and tax return. She never asked if she could run my credit report and she did.
I saw it on my credit report and asked why, she exclaimed she had to, but I did not give authorization. XXXX XXXXDOLAN GADDI is what shows for inquiry.
I do not believe its right for any institution to be able to run your credit without authoriztion.
I was not eve sure if I was ready for a loan, sure I wanted one when rates where low. But not sure now, thats why I asked for the interest rates. This company is aggressive and I think they are just predators.
