On XX/XX/2020 I went into an agreement with DocuService Loan Repayment XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX.
XXXX XXXX informed that because I worked for the State of New York they could pay down my Federal student loans at a lower rate. I started paying them on XX/XX/2020 -XXXX. I made 2 more payments for that amount. Then I made 8 more payments of XXXX each. Total of XXXX was debited from my account by this company and never forwarded to Federal government therefore nothing was deducted from my student loan. I spoke with XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX. Today I spoke with XXXX XXXX # XXXX. He told me the XXXX fees were for enrollment and then the XXXX monthly payments were for the loan. He then hung up on me when I asked where the money was going.
I have called and emailed this company numerous times. They either ignore my calls and emails or hang up on me.
