XXXX - XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX This family is the realtor, the lender, the XXXX and the attorney they use. They are all doing predatory loans.
They charged over {$9000.00} in mortgage origination fees. They charge transaction fees and when confronted move that money to the origination fees. The loan was VA for {$370000.00}. The interest rate was over 4 %. They told the buyer to backdate disclosures she was never given until day of closing because they didnt want her to see the disgusting ways they were quite literally robbing her.
A XXXX vet with XXXX kids. It's absolutely disgusting. They refused to fix anything. I would suggest auditing EVERY SINGLE FILE they have ever closed because they are not afraid of being caught.
