Last Wednesday, XX/XX/2016 I purchased a minivan, a XX/XX/XXXX XXXX from this dealer, and traded off my vehicle. I had a XXXX XXXX XXXX and was early but prepared to get done as fast as possible as I had just got my daughter from the childrens hospital and wanted to get home but this was important to have reliable vehicle as mine was about done for. The approval took forever, and I was told it was because they were very short staffed. Finally I was told I could purchase a vehicle, and had XXXX options. With a family of XXXX, I could not do the XXXX so I had no other choice but the van. Knowing I needed something fast I test drove it, seemed XXXX thought on it and said I wanted to think overnight but the salesman kept XXXX how bad my vehicle was and with my drives to the cities area this was a much better investment. I finally agreed. At this point the dealer was near closing and everyone was trying to leave. The salesman was hurrying through things and the finance person came to sign things. I finally left running ver late to pick up my kids. The next day I was talking to a friend, who referred me, and she thought it was odd my payment was due Friday ... 2 days from when I purchased it. Hers, which vehicle was purchased the Saturday before me, was not due so soon. I have never purchased a vehicle with a payment due 2 days following purchase. So ... I email the salesman asking to be certain this was correct and see if it could be pushed out to the following payday considering I literally just bought it and had few hours on this check due to my daughter in the hospital. I never heard from him, but instead had several voicemails from the finance department XXXX and XXXX telling me absolutely not, reminding me payment is due by XXXX Friday and telling me it is terrible of me to even bring this up I am starting off on a completely wrong foot. I was not able to pick up the phone, I was in appointments. I also work days and in my job I cant be answering my cell phone. She left messages also stating I need to be responding to their calls. I simply asked a question, did not say I refused to pay, just inquired and it was taken way out of context. The following day, Friday, again I got call after call leaving these voicemails demanding payment. By the time I was returning from XXXX i was getting text from a cell phone telling me my references were being called..it is XXXX at this point, payment was due by XXXX ... I am NOT late. I respond saying payment is coming and get a do not reply to this number and refer me to a phone number text. As soon as I got back to town, I dropped off the payment and was thanked. I went about my business that evening and to bed early as I had to work the next morning. I got up, ready to leave for work at XXXX to be there by XXXX ; however, my van was gone. I call and find out DM picked it up. Now I am late to work and have to find a ride. By the time I obtain a ride and get across town to work, I am XXXX minutes late for my shift. I called the dealer and had left a message for when they open. I took a break very shortly after XXXX when they opened as nobody had returned my call quite yet. I was transferredto XXXX, then to XXXX. XXXX said I was n't calling back and the finance people had all left early so they assumed I was not paying. There was a mistake and she realized it already she had said. My van would be brought back from XXXX, and I could pick it up at the dealership. I requested that thye return it to my home where it was picked up and she said they can not do that. I said you can not pick it up and repo it for no reason either but you did, please return it. She said her general XXXX gave permission and it would be there. By about XXXX it was returned to my home and an envelope containing XXXX fast food gift cards was provided with an apology. You can apologize and apologize, but the
