XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX I started receiving text messages from an unknown number stating I needed to reconcile an account that might be mine. The messengers name was XXXX, no last name given. Messages also did not have a subject nor details regarding alleged account or company of alleged account. XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX I received another text message stating, We previously called due to the state that you reside and issued a notice to you but haven't heard back yet. Before we proceed with any further steps, including sending documents to employment verification it's essential to talk to you about your options. I called immediately out of urgency and curiosity. The caller said my account was from XXXX and I owed a small balance of, {$180.00} from a XXXX account, and I accrued 2 years of interest fees but they would take the smaller amount to cover the defecit. I questioned the caller because I could not find any proof of collections on my credit, I looked in my Wayfair account and my XXXX and only order was paid in full, my XXXX account showed no signs of an order from XXXX, so all signs were clear that this had to be fake. I still wanted to be sure so while the caller was getting belligerent and eager to receive a payment, I asked him if I could call back to make a payment after I verified with XXXX. He said, sure but they would tell me my account was sent to collections so I should just pay right now or suffer more fees. I asked him for the so called account number to cross reference when I called him and he gave me a XXXX number. I asked for his company name and he stated, XXXX XXXX XXXX, I then thanked him and said I will call you back because I dont believe this is right I dont have any accounts open and its not on my credit report. He continued to argue with me so I hung up and called XXXX. Confirmed my suspicions and came directly to this website per the XXXX representatives advice.

HF Services XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX randomly called people with my last name until they found a family member and then lied and gave a bogus reason for them to call me. They told my brother I filed a insurance claim for unlivable conditions. It ended up being a debt that was included in a bankruptcy years ago and its a collection firm trying to collect a old debt. I spoke to XXXX who was an absolute XXXX and broke many FDCPA laws and made multiple violations. He threatened to file litigation if I didnt pay the debt within a hour. He called family members and gave personal information and lied to them to get me to call under false pretenses. He refused to transfer me to a supervisor after I repeatedly told him he was breaking the law by doing, and saying what he was. He hung up on me two times when I called back to speak to his supervisor. Even when I told him it was against FDCPA to call family members randomly and give them personal information, refuse to let me speak to his supervisor, and threaten litigation when hes not actually about to do it, he just got a attitude and hung up.

My mother was contacted by XXXX XXXX with Huntington Financial Services- he told her I should contact him. I contacted him and he informed me I have a loan that needs to be repaid. I asked questions about it since its new information to me, and he threatened to seize my car and belongings, call my work, and use my paycheck to take the money that is owed. He only told me the loan was {$500.00}. When I asked what type of loan l supposedly took out- he replied if youre not going to pay the loan we will sue you. I have no knowledge of this loan and was just wanting information. I also asked to speak with his supervisor because he is unprofessional and he cursed at me then told me he is the supervisor. According to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), Fair Credit Reporting Act and Truth in Lending Act, he violated my rights twice ; by threatening harm AND threatening to take my property.

Approx. XXXX Central Time My employer was contacted by one, XXXX XXXX from a spoof phone number that block our company caller id system.
This is Mr. XXXX third attempt contacting my place of employment. Debt collectors or solicitation of collection phone calls arent allowed to call my place of employment per company policy as I have informed them in the past. I have no tie to this issue nor any proof of writing that I've requested that I owe such a debt.
He contacted my employer from XXXX stating his company is called Huntington Financial Services, which is also a possible fraudulent pseudo company in which I or the CFPB can seek litigation.
