In XX/XX/XXXX, I noticed that since XX/XX/XXXX, my XXXX XXXX XXXX had been credited with a fixed 0.1 % interest instead of being automatically updated with realistic interest. I approached my representative and asked him to compensate me for the extended period and change my interest to a minimum of 4 %. The representative replied that since I hadn't noticed the bank 's mistake for so many months, the bank could only compensate me for the year XXXX. Is this fair? Thank you
