I have a new conventional mortgage loan with Direct Mortgage Corp. I own several other properties, and I have been trying very hard to get a copy of my monthly statement from Direct Mortgage Corp, as I need a copy as an underwriting condition related to the refinance of another one of my properties. The online portal for Direct Mortgage Corp does not have a copy of my statement, when I go to my online documents, all they have is a copy of my annual tax statement, but no copy of my normal monthly statement. I have called them about 5 times. Every time I call, I have to wait on hold for about an hour, so it is extremely difficult to reach them. Every time I have reached them, they have told me they are not able to provide with my statement, but that they can mail it. It has now been 3 weeks since the first time that they said they would mail it, but I have not received it. On another occasion, they said it would be available in the online portal within 3 days, it has been two weeks since that time and it is still not available in the online portal. on another occasion, they said they would email it to me within 3 days, and it has been a week since that time. I still don't have the statement, so I feel I have no other option to get their attention other than to publish this complaint, they have been extremely difficult to deal with, and I just can't understand why it should be so hard to provide a statement. Every other bank I deal with has a copy of all my recent statements in the online portal.
