DirectCash double charged by account which lead to addtional bank fees being applied to my checking account adding further financial burden the funds should not have been charge on the date in which it was I the representative failed to set the renew as requested so that I would receive a week of grace and instead to charges were applied and when calling to advise a supervisor agreed to correct but did not adjust funds to be for the bank fees. Furthermore, this company stated I only made 1 payment to them in XX/XX/XXXX and in fact my bank statement shows 9 payments taken and began to send me text to settle the amount for XXXX and I text to agree but it was withdrawn and then requested about XXXX to settle to which I declined as that was not the original agreement. I have contacted this company to obtain the collectors contact as Direct Cash reps stated they could not help me and I was given a number that only rings and does not even identify the company nor did Direct Cash have a name or good contact number for me to dispute the debt. The rep stated they would have the collection company contact me that was in XX/XX/XXXX and I finally received a call from the so called collection company XX/XX/XXXX that did not have any of my payment history or the correct amount so called due and the supervisor ( name unknown ) would not give me the contact address name or number to send a dispute and offered for me to pay about XXXX he state I cant dispute its in litigation not very honest or helpful just wanted money not to have facts

I issued a stop payment against Direct Cash LLC, and they changed their name from directcashtx to Direct Cash LL in the transaction. I consider this an unwritten attempt to revoke permission to debit my accounts. I have since sent a written attempt to revoke permission and I am awaiting a response. I consider this act deliberate as I presume they would not try to debit my account with a different name had they thought my account was closed. I also received a private call on the day of or shortly after the transaction, at XXXX on XX/XX/2022. I do not typically receive blocked calls. I am on XXXX in the state of Texas. Their abusive tactics have led me to go without food ( other than family donated ), utilities ( other than paid for by family ), and have nearly caused me to be evicted due to not being able to pay the rent. The amount of stress imposed by this companies tactics has exacerbated my XXXX and led to significant decline in everyday function. I also did not receive a copy of my loan agreement and was pressured into signing without reading as the agent would remain on the phone call - akin to being hovered over while you read it.

I provided Direct Cash LLC on XXXX XXXX the Notice oXXXX XXXX XXXX Bankruptcy notice regarding my Direct Cash LLC Loan account number XXXX for the Loan amount of {$710.00} from the XXXXr XXXX notice of Bankruptcy notice and legal Representation letter and asked them to provived notice of Loan document letter regarding the Loan Debt to sumit to my XXXX XXXX Bankruptcy attorneys at the XXXX Law Firm and they is failing to provide notice of the collection debt account from the pdf attachment below and has it listed and Debt collection amount instead of in XXXX XXXX Bankruptcy

I did not see my complaint listed so I just selected one. I qualified for a loan with direct cash in every way, checking balance, length of employment, verified bank and multiple direct deposits from employer, etc but at the end was denied only because of what I do for a living. They need to publish in bold letters on their website they don't lend to people who work n my field. I stopped looking for the funds i needed because I was told I was approved. during my harassment period on XXXX I got a text at XXXX XXXX to make a payment and then I asked them why they were calling me at XXXX XXXX XXXX They said I needed to make a payment are they going to put charges of fraud against me and that was an intending me and scaring me. Then they would not give me the option to change my payment method I have already told them the account was overdraft and they still are trying to take payment out to the account

Starting on Friday, XX/XX/2019, this company started contacting my references that happen to also be my family members about a debt I owe them. They have contacted them everyday for the past 3 days. This company has my address and phone number since I have a loan with them - there is no need to contact my references to find out where Im at. I have emailed them more than once to ask them to stop, but they have not.

Hello, I have a loan with Direct Cash, LLC. I began working with a settlement company in XXXX and I revoked ach authorization. I called them and they asked for it in an email in written form. I provided them an email stating this on XX/XX/XXXX. However, I just saw that my account was charged on XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX despite revoking their authorization to charge my account.

I want a hard copy of my Loan documents. They are refusing to email or send. I am having problems signing in their system. However I should still be able to get a hard copy sent regardless. That is my issue.
