On XX/XX/XXXX I have sent a letter to XXXX to provide proof regarding the late payment. the Congress pursuant 15 U.S. Code 1666b - Timing of payments, states that the creditor may not treat the payment late unless the creditor sent the consumer all the information required under 15 U.S. Code 1637 ( b ) - Open end consumer credit plans 21 days before due date. I have requested from XXXX a proof that all the required information by law was sent 21 days prior to due date or remove the late payment as per FCRA if the information is incorrect or unverifiable then it can not be reported to the Consumer Reporting Agencies as well as pursuant 15 U.S. Code 1681a ( 2 ) ( i ) - Definitions ; rules of construction the consumer report does not include the transactions and experiences between " Consumer '' and " Person ''. XXXX violated several FCRA laws by not obeying them and replied with some " Erroneous '' responses which I will be attaching to this complaint. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX responded with letter that the information is correct but it is defiantly was not proof required by law. I have sent them my second letter on XX/XX/XXXX giving them a final opportunity to resolve the matter but they ignored it and on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX responded that the disputed information is the same as the last one and refused to investigate.

It is against the law to report transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report. The term " person '' is DFCU the corporation and the " consumer '' is me. You have violated my rights according to 15 U.S. Code 6802 and 15 U.S. Code 1681a ( 2 ). The illegal late payments that you are reporting concerning me are harming me personally, emotionally, and financially, and causing me damage. You have also inaccurately reported my information on numerous accounts. I request that the inaccurate accounts be deleted from my consumer profile. I've attached the inaccurate information on my consumer report and highlighted it in red. I request that you promptly delete all late payments and send me an updated copy of my credit report within 30 days of your request that you fully comply with the law in my request. Should you fail to make the requested deletions, I request that you provide me with your permissible purpose for reporting each account on file in writing and copies of the written instructions of the consumer ( me ).

To Whom It May Concern, While checking my most recent credit report, I noticed credit inquiries that I did not authorize, made by the following companies : Inquiries : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX DIGITAL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION XXXX I did not authorize anyone employed by these companies to inquire and view my credit report. This is a violation of Section 1681b ( c ) of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and a serious violation of my privacy rights. Validate this information with these companies and provide copies of any documentation associated with these accounts that bears my signature, authorizing a consultation. In the absence of such documentation with my signature, I formally request that these fraudulent inquiries be immediately deleted from the credit file that you maintain under my Social Security number. Please note that you have 30 days to complete this investigation, as per the Fair Credit Reporting Act section 611.

Hello, I have a XXXX open with DCU Mortgage. The XXXX has a limit of XXXX. I have taken out XXXX as of today. I am looking to pay XXXX back to reduce the loan balance. I am trying to pay this amount through electronic funds transfer without having to pay for the wire fee at DCU and at my originating Bank. I had requested DCU to give me a one time exemption to increase the Online transfer limits to XXXX. They are refusing to do this and forcing me to Wire the funds. By refusing to do this they are forcing me to pay additional interest by not giving me a pathway to transfer funds and are also forcing me to wire the funds which means I will incur Wire Fee from my external bank as well as DCU. Are they allowed to force to wire the funds only? I have attached their email denying the exemption. Thanks, XXXX

I signed up for a vacation package ( XXXX ), a few months later I realized I never received what I paid for so I decided to dispute the charges and try to get my hard earned money back. I reached out to XXXX but they kept trying to give me the run around and not refund me so I reached out to my bank ( Digital federal credit union ) to dispute the charges and attempt to get my money back. They were somewhat helpful at first but I login to my account today and see that the charges were reversed and my account is overdrawn without any explanation. So here I am now making a complaint because I feel like I am being robbed and scammed by XXXX and Digital federal credit union is in cahoots working with them. I am very disappointed

On XX/XX/XXXX my XXXX account was hacked and {$5000.00} were transferred to a fraudulent linked account. After contacting the Credit Union immediately they said they will reimburse the money right away until the investigation was completed. The money was never deposited. After numerous phone calls to the fraud department and hour on hold we were given the run around and we still have not received the money. They said we needed to wait 10 days, we are now at 15 days and no response from XXXX.
