My wife and I began the home buying process late XX/XX/XXXX. It is now mid XX/XX/XXXX and we barely just got an appraiseXXXX out to our house a month ago. ( Which was 7 months into this ). We can never get a hold of the mortgage company XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, KY XXXX she ( XXXX ) never calls us back she never has definite answers for us as to whats taking so long. We have paid all the fees. we have provided all the documents that weve been asked for and we cant get any further in the home purchasing process. We have called her 3 times a week with no returned call or answers.
