I am seeking Deutsche Bank 's help in this serious matter which seems to continue to escalate. This process began with XXXX XXXX and they appear to be unwilling to help as I feel they do not have all the facts. I also need Deutsche Bank 's help to verify documents and emails sent from your client server account from around XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX. You employed XXXX XXXX XXXX during the time I, as a co-Trustee, opened up an account titled The XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in or around XX/XX/XXXX. Initially, I sent in a complaint XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX XXXX because I thought they purchased all of your accounts and liabilities when XXXX XXXX moved over to XXXX XXXX XXXX. In their letter dated XX/XX/XXXX, their attorney, XXXX XXXX, asked that I direct my inquires to Deutsche Bank. Honestly, she seemed to oversimplify the issue into a personal matter between myself and XXXX XXXX. They believe that because I was not invited to a XX/XX/XXXX, that my feelings were hurt so significantly that I would maliciously complain. Far from the truth. XXXX XXXX had an opportunity to address the issue honestly when I did call him as my stock broker to ask " Why would he invited my wife to his home when we had an agreement that there would be no private dealings? '' He had the choice to say he made a choice to invite her and not me and that he would understand if I wanted to transfer the account. Instead, he first lied about not knowing I was not invited. And then he chose to be highly offensive threatening me and intimidating with statements including my XXXX year old son. I ASKED XXXX XXXX FOR HELP : XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX appear to be unwilling to contain the behavior of XXXX XXXX who continues to make false reports to his branch manager at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and also is now making false reports about threatening voice mails. I never left any threatening voice mails. To date, all my complaints have been in written form through this agency and or to the managers and compliance officers at XXXX XXXX. However, I initially complained to XXXX XXXX when he was Deutsche Bank regarding the muni bonds interest rate being below what was agreed when he sold me on the product. The interest rates were supposed to be 1.75 % and 3 % respectively. Instead, they appeared to be below XXXX percent which made no sense. XXXX XXXX said he wanted to focus my attention on making money in private equity funds. He sent me various proposals between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, but they required minimums of {$250000.00} to {$500000.00}. Also, I had no prior experience with private equity so it appeared he was disappointed when I could not invest in these products. However, he made false claims in his legal brief that he did not ever allow any more investments. XX/XX/XXXX he sent me a XXXX XXXX XXXX from your client server. XX/XX/XXXX, from your client server, XXXX XXXX sent me a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. This was about 9 months into our working together. However, in late XX/XX/XXXX, after he was informed of my marital dissolution, he began to develop a relationship with the co-Trustee, through his wife XXXX XXXX. For reasons that are not clear to me other than that XXXX XXXX, who is estranged to me, is a minor celebrity on television, he wanted to become closer to her and despite his agreement and understanding that finances were a big concern in our dissolution, he engaged in dialogues with my estranged wife and co-Trustee of the XXXX XXXX XXXX. The discussions were memorialized by text messages that XXXX XXXX actually turned over in superior court on XX/XX/XXXX. And then, apparently, on XX/XX/XXXX, the same day I was mediating my dissolution case, he directed his wife XXXX XXXX to contact XXXX, the co-Trustee. This is confirmed by XXXX in her letter to me dated XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX made representations in his legal brief on XX/XX/XXXX, that he was not in contact with either myself nor XXXX XXXX since XX/XX/XXXX. However, he clearly is not addressing the fact that his wife is in communication and under Rule 5-100, in the dissolution case, XXXX XXXX 's legal team may not be coordinating other latter legal events to gain an advantage. The same holds true for XXXX XXXX and for XXXX XXXX legal team. There is an inherent conflict of interest in that XXXX XXXX participated in both the breach of their duties to me and the Trust as well as posting a defaming photograph with my full name in full public view at their prominent XXXX XXXX Building. I believe Deutsche Bank also has office in the same location. Despite the fact that in a background check, you would or should have determined that XXXX XXXX has a history of dealing with complaints on his character by making and filing false reports, and the understanding that XXXX XXXX directed my concerns to your company, I am enclosing supporting documentation with the hopes that your company will help me in dealing with this extremely combative and unprofessional individual. He also has a history of " muddying the waters '' in litigation with false statements. For instance, in his legal papers that XXXX XXXX helped him to prepare, he says that he more or less was hesitant to handle our family 's money. Yet, an email from your server on XX/XX/XXXX shows him soliciting a mortgage deal through XXXX XXXX. He is also willing to mislead Judges in civil court. He made false statements, according to XXXX XXXX, my estranged wife and co-trustee, that " she is in fear of me. '' In fact, we had a successful co-parenting relationship from XX/XX/XXXX and during that time period in XX/XX/XXXX. It is well documented and there is a joint custody agreement in place. It appears that he keeps using his own unfortunate marital disputes to color how XXXX XXXX should deal with hers. I am not clear about what your company or XXXX XXXX responsibilities are in these strange situations, but at least I would expect the firms to tell the employee to simply stop it. See the attached declarations from his XXXX XXXX and her friends and doctors to gain insight into my points. From XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX, I had concerns for my estranged wife who was also making statements about certain events that turned out to be false and misleading me to be believe she was harassed. The bottom line is that neither XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX or XXXX XXXX have been truthful on their initial responses to my concerns. I believe XXXX XXXX used and continue to use his prominent position at your bank as well as XXXX XXXX to gain credibility advantages. The facts eventually will show that he acted maliciously and aggressively towards me personally and breach his fiduciary duties from XX/XX/XXXX and again in XX/XX/XXXX and again in XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. The evidence also will show text messages that indicate conspiracy to alienate me from my son, XXXX. Please note the text message on XX/XX/XXXX whereby XXXX XXXX convoluted his personal concerns about the complaint I made at XXXX XXXX against his behavior with what he says to my estranged wife " We are just concerned for you and XXXX. '' It implies that in his dialogue, he involves him self in my custody. And he went so far as to file a false police report around XX/XX/XXXX for which the investigation seemed to go no where despite my reaching out on several occasion to the XXXX XXXX Police. In court documents, he claims that it was XXXX XXXX who told him to make a false police report. They must have based their concerns on statements XXXX XXXX made to XXXX XXXX, the branch manager. I spoke with her on two occasions and I was always professional and after speaking to me around this time, she admitted to making the decision to post a security notice based on XXXX XXXX 's statement that I threatened him and his family, but did not believe it to be true for why would she remove the security picture within 45 minutes of our discussion. She was also concerned that two bankers relayed the picture to me which is technically defamation. I have reason to believe that XXXX XXXX is seeking revenge and making up false information to create a defense. His focus is on the funds, but he has made statements to the co-Trustee that he harbored some sort of vendetta against me about the stock market. If he felt this way during his time at your bank, why did he not raise the issue professionally whereby I could have taken my business elsewhere and avoided this legal problem and the awkward position of dealing with his conspiracy to separate me from my son? I have second belief, through the mediation, that XXXX XXXX no longer wants to have any friendship or professional relationship with either XXXX or XXXX XXXX. However, today, she agreed to use best efforts to keep our son XXXX away from them both. Finally, the documents pertaining to case number XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX vs. XXXX XXXX XXXX are presented to provide evidence of his prior similar conduct. Also, it shows evidence through declarations from doctors to his ex-wife that he has history of aggression, violence, and especially there are statements about his willingness to grab his wife by the throat in front of his at the time, XXXX year old son. He also allegedly tried to strike his ex-wife with his car. He was ordered into PACT to contain his anger issues. I do not feel that my doing business with you, or your employee and setting up the account under your company should have put me at such a severe disadvantage or legal problems. I expected to be able to transfer the account away from your company and subsequently XXXX XXXX without issue. And certainly no fees. The problem is that XXXX XXXX set up CDs and I have no idea if there are surrender fees in order to move them to another bank. Also, XXXX XXXX continues to protect XXXX XXXX without carefully reviewing his past history of violence and making false statements to gain litigation advantage. IF THERE WAS TRUTH TO BEING THREATENED, WHY THE MOCKERY Please pay special attention to the tone of his text messages on XX/XX/XXXX whereby he actually says the situation is " ( laughable ) '' and in his court documents he makes the admission that " he is not intimidated by me. '' Please see the attached text messages with XXXX and/or his wife 's handwriting so the Judge can understand what the documents are. XXXX and XXXX are in BLUE and the co-Trustee, XXXX XXXX, in WHITE. Both parties seem to find the predicament they created for me funny. If XXXX XXXX was really afraid as he now says he was during that exact time, how come none of the communications he shares matches his narrative? It also seems to underscore why XXXX XXXX initially reported to me that she felt pushed into the situation by XXXX XXXX. You can see that she is focus on auditions and our son XXXX. Meanwhile, XXXX XXXX mocks the co-trustee, me, knowing that it will gain favor with XXXX XXXX since we are divorcing. XXXX XXXX USES HIS POSITION OF POWER FOR HIS PERSONAL PLEASURE : XXXX XXXX appears to have been getting some twisted personal pleasure out of the hurt and discomfort the situation he and his wife created. Also, if they were honest in their concerns for their safety, why is there nothing in the texting between themselves and XXXX XXXX? Why, if I clearly know how to use the services of this agency and to speak with compliance, would I need to resort to such tactics as XXXX XXXX casually describes in his documents that only when his bosses told him to call the police, he did. Why would a grown man of about XXXX years old not hang up and dial XXXX? When he makes these statements, and certainly this is likely documented by XXXX XXXX Police, it appears that he and XXXX XXXX are trying to cover up for his actions. I believe, according to XXXX XXXX, he is a managing director and has people under his direction. He also, from what he says, has clients of significant wealth. He stated he has XXXX XXXX and the owner of XXXX and even the head of XXXX television has clients. XXXX XXXX, based on their letters from XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX seem to unwilling to contain his aggressive behavior towards me. My account is still stuck there. CONVOLUTING PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS : Consider that XXXX XXXX used his Deutsche Bank email account for both personal and business emails to his clients including his political agenda. Yet, in his court documents, he claims that my complaining on or around XX/XX/XXXX was not valid because I left a voice mail with his cell phone and not at the office. Yet, he used his cell phone to call me - a complete contradiction. In that XX/XX/XXXX solicitation, XXXX XXXX says in the email to call XXXX XXXX 's cell phone. And contradictions were wisely pointed out by XXXX XXXX part of the filed and documented paperwork from case XXXX XXXX XXXX. Again, XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX make this about a personal issue of being slighted without looking into the nature of his dealings with the co-Trustee and the veracity of their text messages vs. their statements they provided to compliance. Nothing adds up except that they have a mutual interest in harming my legal status with both my marriage case and also my standing within the finance community and within the community in general. XXXX XXXX is a series 7 licensed individual and his veracity is expected to be 100 percent on all matters when it comes to dealing with his client and their investments. Had Deutsche Bank vetted XXXX XXXX, I do not believe he would be in this position to bully me currently.

On XX/XX/2021 I sent XXXX a Notice of Billing Error for my account pursuant to 12 CFR 1026.13. I have attached this letter to this complaint. In the letter I describe in detail the billing errors found for my account as well as several federal laws XXXX has violated. In the Notice of Billing Error dated XX/XX/2021, I demanded documentary evidence from XXXX on the public and private side, showing accounts receivable and payable, to which I have a right to receive pursuant to 12 CFR 1026.13 ( a ) ( 6 ). As defined in 15 U.S. Code 44, documentary evidence is all documents, papers, correspondence, books of account, and financial and corporate records which involve all derivatives, assignees, and hypothecas in connection with the name on the account. The documentary evidence that XXXX is obligated to provide is to clarify who funded the account and how much is owed according to the journal and ledger entries from the opening date of this account as described in IRS Publication 583. XXXX failure to comply with the requirements of clarifying documentary evidence, both public and private ledger, will make the organization civilly liable under 15 U.S. Code 1693m for any actual damage against I, the consumer and criminally liable under 15 U.S. Code 1693n. According to 12 CFR 1026.13 ( d ), XXXX may not collect any disputed amount, restrict, accelerate payment, close an account, or threaten any adverse reporting to any person about the consumers credit reporting without resolving the billing error. The said code also states that I, the consumer, do not need to pay any disputed amount. XXXX failure to comply with the requirements will forfeit its right to collect pursuant to15 U.S. Code 1666 ( e ). Fact, I am also aware that my account from XXXX is an open end credit plan. Pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1602 ( j ), an open end credit plan is a plan under which the creditor reasonably contemplates repeated transactions, which prescribes the terms of such transactions, and which provides for a finance charge which may be computed from time to time on the outstanding unpaid balance. I am aware that 15 U.S. Code 1637 ( b ) ( 1 ) and 15 U.S. Code 1637 ( b ) ( 8 ) states that each statement shall have an outstanding balance at the beginning and the end of the statement period which constitutes a billing error. On XX/XX/2021, I sent a Notice of Default and Opportunity to Cure and gave XXXX the opportunity to send confirmation that my account/open end credit plan had been adjusted in accordance with the tender/money order for special deposit in full settlement of the alleged obligation ( 12 CFR 204.2 ; U.C.C. 3-601 ; U.C.C. 3-603 ; U.C.C. 3-604 ; and U.C.C. 3-311 ) sent on XX/XX/2021 or send a Notice of Dishonor to allow me to cure any defects. XXXX dishonored my tender/money order for special deposit and my open end credit plan, in addition to dishonoring the contents of my Notice of Default and Opportunity to Cure and continued their attempts to collect the disputed alleged obligation while revoking/suspending access to my services under my open end consumer credit plan. This constitutes a billing error. In addition, this is an individual act against 15 U.S. Code 1691 ( a ) ( 3 ) and constitutes discrimination in which XXXX is civilly liable pursuant to obtain satisfactory resolution. Civil liability under this code is up to and more than {$10000.00} pursuant to 15 U.S.Code 1691e ( a ) ( b ). In correspondence from XXXX dated XX/XX/2021, an Agent acknowledged XXXX was in receipt of my tender/money order for special deposit but had no mention of XXXX adjusting the account in accordance with the tender/money order for special deposit nor did XXXX send evidence of dishonor of my tender/money order for special deposit. Furthermore, Agent continued to threaten and coerce me into making a fraudulent payment to the account, claiming my failure to do so would be treated as a late payment or non-payment. This is an individual act against 15 U.S.Code 1692d ( 1 ) and 15 U.S. Code 1666a ( a ). This adverse action was a failure to comply with the correction of billing error. This individual act by XXXX forfeits their right to collect any disputed amount indicated by the obligor and any finance charges thereon, except that the amount required to be forfeited under this subsection may not exceed {$50.00} pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1666 ( e ). In addition, XXXX is civilly liable for actual damage sustained pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1692k. Pursuant to UCC 3-603 ( b ), if XXXX refuses my tender/money order for special deposit, XXXX must discharge tendered amount. In correspondence from XXXX dated XX/XX/2021, a second Agent acknowledged that XXXX was in receipt of the Affidavit of Truth sent to XXXX on XX/XX/2021 to which they have yet to rebut, as well as the CEASE AND DESIST demand sent to XXXX on XX/XX/2021 pursuant to my rights under 15 U.S. Code 1692c ( c ). In the correspondence from XXXX dated XXXX XXXX, the Agent continued to threaten and coerce me into making a fraudulent payment to the account, claiming my failure to do so would be treated as a late payment or non-payment. Code 1692k. In the correspondence from XXXX dated XXXX XXXX, the Agent quotes XXXX Terms and Conditions of Service, section 19, stating that they may still contact me regardless of my Cease and Desist demand, as if XXXX terms and conditions of service supersede federal laws and regulations that they are to follow and comply. This is an individual act against 15 U.S. Code 1692c ( c ) and XXXX is civilly liable pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1692k. My rights under Title 15 of the United States Code supersede any and all terms and conditions of service of XXXX. Fact, I have made a good faith attempt to obtain satisfactory resolution of a disagreement or problem relative to the transaction from the person honoring the account and credit card and I will assert all claims and defenses pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1666i ( a ). These Billing errors may be assumed to be willfully intent on misleading and or deceiving the consumer of the character/amount of any debt pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1692e. All debt obligations and securities are owed to the United States pursuant to 18 U.S. Code 8.

Yesterday ( XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX ( Complainant ) had visited XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to verified her Student Loan Debts held in Default status and discovered, Illinois XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) had transferred her Student Loan Debts to XXXX XXXX , XXXX without XXXX XXXX XXXX ( Complainant ) receiving a verification letter in the mail as similarly with the ongoing issues with XXXX XXXX XXXX. Even though, XXXX XXXX XXXX ( Complainant ) had paid more than six months consecutive payments to the United States Department of Education from administrative offset by the Department of Treasury for collections against her federal and/or state income tax refunds and any other payments authorized by law. Why XXXX XXXX XXXX 's ( Complainant 's ) student loans are still in default, status even if, her student loans payments are voluntary paid each month from the administrative offset by the Department of Treasury? In addition, XXXX XXXX XXXX ( Complainant ) has official copies of her Student Loans promissory notes contractual agreements and official receipts of monthly administrative offset letters from the Department of Treasury for which, the last student loan disbursement dated on XXXX XXXX, XXXX, to XXXX XXXX therefore, no other financial aid was acquired until XXXX XXXX, to XXXX XXXX. The U.S. Department of Education [ third party, private collection contractor ( s ) ] had acted with malice aforethought in premeditated criminal intents resulting, in extraordinary Cruel and Unusual, excessive conspiratorial objectives to commit Identity Theft.

Deutsche Bank National Trust Company engaged in criminal activity with XXXX XXXX XXXX Mortgage to unlawfully submit the initial Complaint-In-Mortgage Foreclosure into court records to execute a foreclosure against my home. At the time, I was unaware that Deutsche Bank had any interest in my home / mortgage loan. I asked Deutsche Bank for proof of its ability to foreclose on my home since XXXX XXXX was the owner, originator and servicer of my mortgage loan. No documents were available / provided and the sheriff 's sale was cancelled. Several months later, I was sent a copy of a unlawfully fabricated Assignment of Mortgage and details for a new sheriff 's sale date. I swiftly challenged the validity of the Assignment of Mortgage. The sheriff 's sale and the case was then dismissed without prejudice. After three years had passed, Deutsche Bank and XXXX XXXX reunited in an attempt to pick up where they left off. A series of XXXX subsequent Mortgage Assignments were completed and recorded in the local courthouse. I was able to save my home from foreclosure on several occasions where neither Deutsche Bank or XXXX XXXX had standing to foreclose. Several title references that are recorded in the courthouse reflects language that XXXX XXXX provided to reveal a Lack of Standing to create the first or the second Assignment of Mortgage, or to complete a foreclosure. Please note, that I would have lost my home to these licensed banking entities, when they were unable to lawfully foreclose. While asking for help from the local courts, HUD, OCC. OTS and the CFPB, I was given very little assistance and resolutions that came directly from XXXX XXXX 's internal research departments. My determination to keep my home has kept my family in our home. Many families who simply gave up lost their homes under similar circumstances. Here are the facts : XXXX XXXX sold my loan to XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. As the Trustee, Deutsche Bank was / is aware of that sale. Deutsche Bank was / is aware that XXXX XXXX only retained servicing rights for the mortgage loan that XXXX XXXX owned -- before completing a securitized transaction. However, after I asked Deutsche Bank for proof of its ability to foreclose, a collaborative effort with XXXX XXXX to create fraudulent Mortgage Assignments occurred on multiple occasions. Deutsche Bank is aware that XXXX XXXX could not / can not Assign a mortgage that it sold to XXXX XXXX. Incidentally, a XXXX settlement is due to regulators and homeowners via a civil lawsuit against XXXX XXXX that mirrors many of the details that I have described since the beginning of this charade. The time frame for the suit involves transactions from XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX purchased my loan from XXXX XXXX and completed the securitization process in XX/XX/XXXX. Deutsche Bank has also received large penalties for similar conduct. As for XXXX XXXX, it continues to deny any wrongdoing during the housing crisis or any of its operating procedures -- to include its highly publicized foreclosure method for duping regulators and consumers. I am seeking a review of my case from Senior Officials at the CFPB, FTC, OCC, OTS, FBI, IRS, FDIC, HUD and other agencies. The above behavior warrants the cancellation of the sheriff 's sale that 's scheduled against my home. Not a postponement, but a halt of all foreclosure sales involving the above-listed should issued until an arms-length forensic review is conducted. I plan to sue Deutsche Bank for its role in this foreclosure scandal with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to take my home, cause years of aggravation, dismal credit due to bankruptcy filings to retain my home and for the emotional challenges that my family and I have endured.

In XX/XX/XXXX, I sent a letter to Deutsche Bank informing them of the death of my father XXXX XXXX XXXX, and owner of the Deutsche bank XXXX account no : XXXX. In return, I received a response from the bank asking me to provide them with notarized proof of my identity, relationship to the account holder, information showing I was his next and only of kin, and original copy of his savings account book referred to as a XXXX. All of this demands were fulfilled by me, and I sent said requested documents to Deutsche bank, including asking them to send me account statements, and current balance on the account. This was to ascertain the interest accrued on the account, since its last transaction. The account had remained untouched for fifty-two ( XXXX ) years. The last transaction on the account by my father was back in XXXX, as is stated on the XXXX. Deutsche bank then responded to me regarding filling out a XXXX form, as I had been in XXXX on XXXX while corresponding with them at the time. I filled it the XXXX XXXX and sent it back to them, a few weeks later it was sent back to me and a later from Deutsche bank saying they " REJECT '' my form because I am not a U.S. resident . I don't know where they got this information from because it is obviously a lie. I noticed they still had not responded to my request for statements on the account or the account balance, so I took the initiative and called the estate department of Deutsche bank directly via telephone. I was informed by the XXXX that my account balance was XXXX euros. In shock, I asked for an explanation because this amount was wrong. According to the XXXX, the account balance at the time of last transaction on XX/XX/XXXX, reflected a balance of XXXX deutsche marks, which is roughly XXXX euros after conversion. There are no associated fees associated with this savings account, and so the amount of XXXX euros was just plain wrong. The representative could provide me with no information as to why the amount in the account had dwindled over the past fifty-two ( XXXX ) years, instead of it appreciating. In addition, I became aware based on the correspondence received from the Bank, that they had converted the XXXX Account into a XXXX Account without any authorization from the account holder. After reporting the fraudulent activity by Deutsche bank to the Comptroller of the Currency, the Bank immediately sent the XXXX euros ; which was the remainder on the account to me. I rejected the deposit and sent it back to Deutsche bank for them to provide me with an explanation as to why the amount in the account has reduced over the past fifty-two ( XXXX ) years. Instead, Deutsche Bank deposited the same some again to my account without any explanation and is FORCING me to take this amount instead of responding to my queries. I therefore need help in getting to the bottom of this because it is obvious Deutsche Bank has engaged in fraudulent activity with the savings account of my deceased XXXX. I have engaged, the Comptroller of the Currency, the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and now your institution and will be engaging a XXXX based Lawyer.

omplaint regarding pension check mistakenly deposited in XX/XX/XXXX and still not returned to XXXX, the Check issuer despite showing as reversed on my XXXX XXXX account in late XXXX. I have been without over {$3000.00}. of my pension funds, which should have been rolled over to a XXXX account, since XX/XX/XXXX. Three financial institutions are involved : XXXX XXXX ; Deutsch Bank ; XXXX XXXX This is follow-up on four prior complaints for an issue that remains unresolved since XX/XX/XXXX. In XXXX I mistakenly submitted a pension check issued by XXXX XXXX to deposit to my XXXX XXXX account. XXXX XXXX should not have accepted the check as it was made out to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Within days of realizing my error, I repeatedly called XXXX XXXX to reverse the deposit. It took a month of phone calls, but the funds show as reversed from my XXXX checking account in late XXXX. In response to complaint no. XXXX. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau has communicated that Deutsche Bank has implied " the complaint does not belong to them ''. 1. On XX/XX/XXXX, we XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX invested in XXXX XXXX, XXXX in New Jersey, USA. 2. In XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was acquired. We XXXX XXXX transferred shares to the new buyer. The nature of this amount is the capital principal and should not be withheld. We immediately asked DB about this. 4. DB answered that because the W-8BEN form we gave before was expired, they withheld 30 % of the tax directly, but DBs statement has problems : a. The nature of the amount incorrectly withheld in XXXX XXXX is " Investment Principle '' and not capital gain, so it should not be withheld. This is not related to the W-8ben form. In fact, DB made a tax error to cause investors losses, but DB has been reluctant to actively fix this error. b. DB said that they had notified overseas shareholders to update the valid W-8BEN form, but we never receive the notice. Another oversea shareholder also told us that they never received the notification, and they also think that DB should be responsible for this. c. We asked DB to provide the notified records to us, such as e-mail, etc., but DB has never provided it. We began to question whether DB 's answer was true. 5. The complainants this time are 4 XXXX XXXX companies, and the total amount of wrongful withholding tax is XXXX {$180000.00}. Deutsche Bank holds a XXXX XXXX line of credit on my house at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, PA. The loan number is XXXX. They claim that between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, I did not have insurance on my property. While I did, that is NOT the purpose of this complaint. The purpose of this complaint is that during the time that Deutsche Bank claims I did not have insurance, they took out an insurance policy on my house for {$40000.00} per year. The actual insurance policy on my house costs {$6100.00}, as evidenced by the enclosed statement from XXXX 's XXXX. XXXX goes on to say that when a lender provides insurance ( " forced insurance '' ), the price can range up to 2-3 times the typical commercial cost for insurance that a homeowner would pay. Here, Deutsche Bank procured insurance of {$40000.00}, which is n XXXX times the cost of my insurance. This higher insurance rate is excessive. Absent documentation that this is a bona fide insurance company, it is also fraud by Deutsche Bank. Assuming 2-3 times the rate I would pay, the Deutsche Bank insurance should have cost {$12000.00} to {$18000.00} on an annualized basis, not {$40000.00}. As such, the pro-rated premium for the month and a half that Deutsche said I lacked insurance should have been {$1500.00} to {$2300.00}, not the {$4700.00} that Deutsche Bank charged me. Therefore, Deutsche owes me {$2400.00} to {$3100.00} for insurance premium overcharges. In the case where Deutsche would have matched the XXXX rate ( a policy that Deutsche has accepted ), then Deutsche would actually owe me {$4700.00} minus the pro-prorated {$6100.00} for six weeks ( {$760.00} ), or {$3900.00}. Please see attachments : Deutsche 's letter to the last complaint I filed about overcharged insurance, and the note from XXXX XXXX about what a reasonable insurance premium would have been.

I received a private student loan from Deutsche Bank through the Affiliated Loan Program at XXXX University in XX/XX/XXXX. The loan was serviced through XXXX. I have documentation from the collection agency that the account has a XXXX balance. I was under the assumption that this information would be relayed to the original loan servicer ( XXXX ) and subsequently the original lender ( Deutsche Bank ). Upon receiving an updated copy of my XXXX credit report, the account in question is still displaying a balance of {$1100.00} and is displaying XXXX missed payments for the months of XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. I have worked extremely hard and have had to make some difficult decisions to get this student loan debt behind me and noting I do seems to be working. There has obviously been a major lapse in communication between the three parties listed above. All I want is to do is get my credit in order. Please help.

I have tried on several occasions to reach Deutsche Bank regarding who to contact in reference to a US Dept of Justice mandate directing Deutsche Bank to make available to requesting loan holders the contact information for relief related to a lawsuit by the Dept. of Justice against Deutsche Bank. I called Deutsche Bank directly, and their law department told me to contact their media department. I registered a complaint with CFPB stating that such contact information has not been made available as ordered by the Court. Deutsche Bank refused to give CFPB the contact information for the assigned team, instead I was told by CFPB that Deutsche Bank would have the team assigned to comply with the court order reach out to me. No one from Deutsche Bank 's team has contacted me. This is time sensitive. And Deutsche Bank is non-compliant in the directive by the US Dept. of Justice in providing a contact person for me to communicate with, and to file my claim. This complaint is because Deutsche Bank did not follow through on their commitment to CFPB.

Electronic payment was made from XXXX XXXX to a company that uses XXXX XXXX. The payment was made on XX/XX/2018 in the amount of {$180.00}. The payment cleared the XXXX account ( transmitted by Deutsche Bank Trust of Delaware ). XXXX XXXX refused payment to the company and returned the check with the reason " refer to maker ''. Both banks claim the other bank is the problem. The money is gone from my account and the receiving company has not been paid. We have tried everything ( both the payee and the payer ) without success. We have complete documentation of our efforts ( email ). I'm concerned there is not better consumer protection for electronic payments.

I am trying to help my mom transfer money she has in XXXX to the USA. It is currently in her Deutsche Bank account. I can not get a wire transfer to the US to work. However a transfer of some funds within XXXX is no problem. So moving it to the US is the problem. I have spoken to the banks on both ends of the transaction and they say they try but it will not go through. this leads me to believe that the US treasury or?? is blocking this. Mom is XXXX and may not have declared the origin of the money ( sale of a property she got from her deceased husband ). How can I fix this so we can invest that money to help cover her expenses?

Deutsche Bank has charged me {$4700.00} in my mortgage escrow for lender-placed insurance when I in fact had insurance during that period through my local agent. As you know, it is illegal for someone to be charged twice for insurance for the same house. I have complained to Deutsche Bank for more than a year about this, but they refuse to do anything to refund the escrow overpayment. Enclosed are documents, one from Deutsche Bank and one from my local XXXX XXXX agent, that tell the story.
