I was a customer of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for 2 years. During that time I made one tome payment of XXXX $ then a monthly payment of XXXX $ with promise that I had access to a credit repair specialist- the CEO of the company working on assisting me with credit education , writing letters to credit reporting agencies, fixing discrepancies, and things of that nature. I was also assigned a specialist to contact and educate me on the program. After a year, I was constantly told that my specialist was busy or unable to speak to me, that things were moving, that y credit was not being repair but would take an extreme amount of time, then told that it wasnt bad, that my credit was on its way up, then all communication stopped. I attempted several times to contact the business, ask questions, gain clarity- I was told- we are working on it and you will soon see the results. Just strung along for another 6 months/ and of course I am paying. I then requested to speak to someone- thats when the trouble started. My emails werent responded to, I left messages on the social media accounts. I asked questions and was the blocked and removed from the program with no answers as to what was done with all if my money and why they were scamming me.
