I secured a loan with Dependable Credit on XXXX/XXXX/15 and began having trouble with the car immediately. I spent over {$2000.00} on repairs in the 1st month of owning the car, but because it had over XXXX miles I was not able to return it due to lemon laws.
Feeling stuck and with a credit company that is relentless and unbending and unwilling to make any concessions. I worked hard not to damage my credit but they would n't approve a deferment or anything. Always threatening to repossess the Acura MDX, even though I was n't more than a few days late.
Finally I had enough I went to another dealership and wanted to trade in the car for a smaller car a Nissan Altima just to get away from this company. To add insult to injury the representative from Dependable Credit, was charging me an interest rate that we never agreed to and then provided the new dealership with false info for my pay out. When confronted with the details I advised here to please send the corrected info, she refused advised that she needed to keep my business. I advised her that not up to her and I no longer wanted to do any business with her anymore and to please provide the correct details. This business practice is unfair and must be illegal this company should be investigated. They reported to the dealership that I owe XXXX on the loan which is the original amount of the loan itself. Then sent me an invoice for XXXX - and had a payment from me that made even this amount lower. They wont release me or allow me to pay off this loan.
