I have sent XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX letters to discuss settlement options of the balance I allegedly owe with their company on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. No response in any form from XXXX for either offer letter. Per phone call on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX According to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX balance allegedly owed sent to Delta Outsource Group on XX/XX/XXXX. Balance $ XXXX Still listed on credit report/reported to credit reporting agencies for balance allegedly owed as of this date by XXXX even though they no longer own the debt. I requested from XXXX XXXX ( Corporate Office - XXXX, KS ) a copy of the documentation that the debt was sent to Delta Outsorce ; refusal by XXXX XXXX of XXXX to provide mailing address of Delta Outsource or documentation that debt ( or management of such debt ) had been transferred or sold to that company. XXXX confirmed my address and confirmed the address was sent correctly to Delta Outsource. Informed XXXX XXXX the charged off debt with balance due is still listed on my credit report even though they no longer own the debt. XXXX verified this information. Informed XXXX XXXX that if a creditor no longer owns the debt, they are legally under federal statute not eligible to report the debt or any balance associated with the debt to any external credit reporting agency as that is " double reporting '' - Violation of Fair Credit Reporting Act - Violation of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act XXXX stated he understood my complaint and XXXX 's violation of the FCRA & FDCPA ; no response or rebuttal to complaint. XXXX verbally stated his and XXXX 's refusal to remove information from credit report even though they no longer own the debt. He stated they are reporting accurate information. **** As indicated by XXXX XXXX, debt had been sold to Delta Outsource on XX/XX/XXXX. I had never heard of this transfer before nor the company. Delta Outsource is under federal requirements as a debt collector to contact me within a certain timeframe in writing regarding the balance allegedly owed and collection efforts. I have never heard from Delta Outsource and as such, the debt collector is in violation of FDCPA.

XX/XX/2019, was called by someone from Delta Outsource Group. I asked this person to identify his company and he refused to identify his company claiming he had a " business matter. '' During this conversation this person was extremely rude, using a threatening tone against me. I asked if his company had a website. This person said that his company did not have a website. I asked if I could make payment arrangements online. He said that while other companies had an ability to take online payments, Delta Outsource Group did not. When asked who do I talk to about making payment arrangments he said to contact XXXX County Courts. When I asked why am I talking to him, he could not say. He then referred me to XXXX XXXX Collection Manager. I asked Mr. XXXX if they had a website, he said they did. I asked Mr. XXXX if they have the means to make payment arrangments online. He said they did. I asked Mr. XXXX to send me proof that Delta Outsource was a legitimate company, which he did. I stated that the first collection agent had lied to me repeatedly and his company should take action.

A an agency called Delta Outsource Group claims they are collecting a debt for XXXX XXXX - XXXX. However, I settle that debt with another debt thru a consolidation company called XXXX XXXX who negotiated a settlement, which included decreasing the balance, with XXXX XXXX and another company. I paid XXXX XXXX approximately {$250.00} per month for 2 -3 year, ending in 2016, with which XXXX XXXX paid the XXXX XXXX and the other company 's attorneys and told me not to reply to those companies when they contacted me. I did as they said then the debts was settled. I still have records of my payment information with XXXX XXXX. Now Delta Outsource Group claims I owe the approximately $ XXXX that was already paid thru XXXX XXXX. Delta Outsource Group claims that doesn't show in there system. If they continue to try to collect money from me I will go to court with this issue. XXXX XXXX

Delta outsource group contacted me on Friday XX/XX/XXXX in reference to a debt that was sent to them to collect on. I attempted to inform the representative that I had no knowledge of debt and that I would like more information mailed to me. The representative said she wouldnt send any information unless I provided her my information that she would need in order to try and use it to claim I owed this debt I knew nothing about. I notified the company in writing of my requests that they provide documentation of this debt. I have received more phone calls every day since XXXX XXXX and nothing in writing. The agent today XX/XX/XXXX called and I explained u have not been provided any documents that suggest I owe a loan and she acknowledged that my request for these documents was received. The agent then started to get angry and hung up on me

The collectors refuse to remove account from my credit report. The amount of {$300.00} dollars owed to XXXX XXXX XXXX for the {$300.00} dollar line of credit was paid in full to XXXX XXXX ( name of creditor on credit report at the time of payment ) who sold information to XXXX XXXX ( who is now appearing as creditor on credit report ). I could not pay XXXX XXXX ( original debtor ) directly because the account and personal information was sold to XXXX, to XXXX XXXX, back to XXXX XXXX, to XXXX XXXX and now Delta Outsource Group ( as of XX/XX/2020 ). XXXX is notorious for false collection practices like sending court documents to previous addresses so the DEFENDANT IS A NO SHOW IN COURT AND THEY VIOLATE THE STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS LAW. XXXX and XXXX XXXX are the only creditors currently showing negative on my credit report.

I asked that they not call me but to communicate with me in writing. They said that I needed to send them a written request not to contact me in writing, otherwise, they are within their rights to call me. ( See attached letter. ) Is that true? I 'm rebuilding my financial life, after these institutions torched the economy. I plan on negotiating with each of my creditors once my financial situation becomes stable. Here 's my request, I 'd like to know if this is a legitimate collection agency, I 've heard that there are a lot of unregistered, unethical, and illegal collection agencies out there. I want to make sure this is not XXXX of them.

Received XXXX calls in succession from Delta Outsource Group on my personal cell number, and my office number, I informed the caller to remove XXXX numbers form their call list and to submit all requests to me in writing on XXXX. The calls have continued on a daily basis, I have reminded the caller not to dial my numbers. on XXXX Delta Outsource Group began ringing both lines simultaneously. I finally blocked their number ) on my cell number.

XXXX XXXX XXXX outsourced debt to a collection agency ( Delta Outsource Group ). I contacted the agency that they referred me to. The agent said they have not had the debt in over a year. I contacted XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX again and they told me there is nothing that they can do because they don't own the debt. I would like to resolve this debt as quickly as possible. I have spoken to this company in XXXX on the XXXX and spoke to this company at XXXX and advised them not to contact my employer and that they can not contact me at my place of work. I have already submitted a complaint regarding their tactics. They contacted me again today and they left a voice message at my place of work. They called from XXXX and asked me to call them back at a different number XXXX.

I keep receiving continued calls ( many times per week ) from the following number ( XXXX ) for a debt owed by my adult son who does not live with us. I have told at least XXXX different people to stop calling and they promise that they have put our number on a do not call list, but they continue to call.
