On XX/XX/XXXX I was arrested for writing worthless checks in XX/XX/XXXX, company at that time was under XXXX XXXX since then has been bought out by Deep South Financial Service which location I do not know there is three in XXXX La. one at XXXX XXXX XXXX Zip XXXX, one at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Zip XXXX, one at XXXX XXXX XXXX Zip XXXX The charges were for the amount of {$75.00} After bailing out of jail, and loosing a days pay. The next morning my daughter took it upon herself to call her friend, XXXX at Deep South to get information regarding the account. And XXXX provide that there was a XXXX XXXX XXXX on the account not two much more information was showing. In the mean time I was dealing with District Attorney 's office and the charges were dismissed immediately. My daughter called me and advised me that her friend XXXX from Deep South called her and told her that the charges were dismissed. May it have been my daughter or anyone else information was released without the proper authorization to do so. This XXXX never asked to speak to me or a way to reach me to discuss anything much less get the proper authorization to release anything on me.

I sent the company a certified letter dated XXXX XXXX,2017 stating '' This letter is regarding Act. # XXXX, which is listed Discharged in Bankruptcy. This is a formal notice that your claim is disputed. '' I never received any response back from the company about my dispute nor was it ever listed that I was disputing this account on any of my credit reports.
