Was a previous customer for 2 years, paid as agreed for credit repair services. I was not satisfied with the outcome after 2 years of services and end services with them. I posted a review on XXXX in I would not recommend them because of their outcome of services after 2 years. They claimed to be part of the DOJ and contacted the DOJ in which they were not located. They contacted me on XX/XX/20 to remove my negative review of their services and threatened me with legal action if I don't. As a consumer I have the right to say I was not satified with services rendered. I was harrassed and threatened for not being satisfied.

Dedicated Credit Repair are misleading with when it comes to their results of disputing negative times on a person 's credit report. In my situation the company filed a dispute with XXXX. They alleged that I had a total of ( 11 ) negative items on my credit report and that they were able to remove ( 8 ) of those negative items. When in reality, I never had ANY negative items of my XXXX report! My FiCO score was well over XXXX. This was a lie and misleading. Additionally, they are charging excessive fees for work that has not been performed.
