This is Regarding Debt Help Inc., that you dismissed the case. I had been very I'll. I hired DEBT HELP INC TO PAY MY BILLS, GET THINGS IN order for me, as I was to I'll to do so.
This company never sent me any hard copies of anything, as I requested.
KNOWING Something was quite right with this company, because I called inquiring about my acct Mr XXXX and Mr XXXX, both raised their voices, as in an argument out of control, billing told me that on my account, it said they have you down to pay until XXXX. This was why I had inquired about my acct.
They were taking {$200.00} a month directly out of my checking account. After my attempted conversations, I cut off funds so they couldn't have access any longer In the meantime, I reported the company to this site, and the XXXX.
After reading some of the findings from this site, recommend that I seek counsel, that I did My attorney sent them a letter, it so happens I'm divorcing my husband and I went to get an apartment. I was denied.
Something isnt right here, I was so embarrassed, and my husband wants me out of his house. I'm having XXXX XXXX XXXX, where am I going to live. Its looks as if I may be homeless. I have a cat.
So my attorney sent me the same letter he sent to Debt Help Inc, i presented it to XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX Michigan. To show them my undesirable credit issue was not my fault. I was still denied after they presented this to several people up the latter from them per their protocols. I am still denied My attorney said he was sorry. Now I'm really worried having contious XXXX XXXX, the situation is out of control.. I'm praying and finding comfort Friday XX/XX/XXXX, i got the letter that Debt Help Inc, their reply after to letter # 1 sent by my attorney.
I'm reading the letter, i can not BELIEVE what i was reading. This is a company that's getting things in order, I'm finding their unlike any company of this stature, I've have used in the past In the letter they stated, Quote, " that i was aware that they don't pay my creditors, by missing payment monthly, so they can NEGOTIATE. That i was aware when they didnt pay my creditors by withholding monthly payments, that it would affect my credit " quote.
I honestly never heard anything to that affect, was not told that by anyone at DEBT HELP INC, or their partner XXXX XXXX IF I HAD known anything to that affect i would have never hired them. In the past yrs ago after paying for my sons College education, i had used a similar company, that NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT, nor did they with hold monthly payments that would affect my credit XXXX XXXX after reporting them sent some money back to me {$250.00}, then they put {$900.00} dollars on the Debt Help Inc account. Then case closed. That sent a red flag, what is going on here.
Debt Help Inc missed monthly payments on my account, yet taking monthly money directly out of my bank account, CRASHED MY CREDIT SCORE, MY FICO SCORE ALL CRASHED I NEED TO MOVE ASAP MONDAY XX/XX/XXXX, I EXPECT TO TALK WITH MY ATTORNEY.
WHAT DEBT HELP DID TO MY LIVELY HOOD, BY CRASHING MY CREDIT SCORE, LEADS TO SNOWBALL AFFECT. INS FOR CAR INC TO SAY THE LEAST, I CAN NOT FIND A PLACE TO LIVE, THEY HAVE MADE BE LOOK LIKE A CRIMINAL NOT PAYING MY BILLS ACTION NEEDS TO BE TAKEN ON THIS COMPANY THEY KNOWINGLY RUINED MY LIFE BY TAKING PAYMENTS FROM ME, AND NOT USING THE MONEY TO DO WHAT THEY WERE HIRED TO DO THEY CAN SAY ALL THEY WANT THAT I WAS AWARE UNTIL THEY TURN BLUE.
I WAS NOT AWARE THEY WERE GOING TO RUIN MY LIFE TO THE POINT I LOOK LIKE A CRIMINAL NOT PAYING HER BILLS, CAN NOT FIND A PLACE TO LIVE THAT WILL ACCEPT ME, BECAUSE I LOOK NEGLAGENT AS TO MY RESPONSIBILITY 'S AS A CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATE. I NEED TO BE OUT OF MY HOME ASAP I FILED FOR DIVORCE, IM NOT WANTED HERE, SO IM HAVING TO PUT UP WITH NONSTOP VERBAL ABUSE. I NEED HELP NOW. THIS COMPANY KNOWING RUINED MY LIFE, I NEED IT BACK.
