A rep from a company called DebtEaze told me that the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was on pause and suggested paying for my loans. They said that Id have to pay {$220.00} for XXXX months and then {$120.00} for XXXX months. They said that after this XXXX payment that any loans left will be forgiven ( paid off ). Along with the monthly loan payment theres a {$99.00} payment fee for filing the applications. I told them that I wanted to start payments on XX/XX/XXXX. At first I was told that I would be charged 1 application fee of {$99.00} on the XXXX but then looking at the agreement form it said I would be charged XXXX XXXX monthly for XXXX months every XXXX. DebtEaze were able to get into my FSA. I thought the company was legit because I got an email saying my FSA password was changed. They asked me personal information on the phone ( debit card, ssn, etc. ). Im trying to get out of this before payments are made. After which I will pay my loans off myself.

I received a call explaining that I was eligible for a public service forgiveness for my student loan. I returned the call to speak with a XXXX XXXX that worked for Debteaze ( www.debteaze.com ). After using deceitful and manipulative tactics, he was able to obtain my social security number, credit card number and and other critical information. He explained that after 9 consecutive payments, my student loan payments would drop to 0. I have formally written and called to explain I do not want the services and do not approve of any charges or information sharing. Please contact me at your earliest convenience. Thank you, XXXX XXXX
