On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a voicemail message from a " XXXX XXXX ( sp? ) '' claiming to be the Director of the Board for the Fraud Department of Debt Restoration Services. He stated they have been attempting to contact me for the past five months concerning a pending civil suit against my name and social security number for maliciously attempting to defraud a financial institution for theft of services. He went on to state they will attempt to freeze my assets including any anticipated tax returns, including a wage garnishment. He advised that I should call XXXX ext. XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a validation of debt letter from XXXX XXXX on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX via email. Please be advised that this complaint is in relation to a prior complaint filed with CFPB XX/XX/XXXX. Refer to Case number : XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX, the Federal Trade Commission filed a permanent injunction and monetary judgment against XXXX XXXX and their entities.

I explained to them DRS that because I have no signed agreement with them and this account has been charged off I do not owe them. They must provide me with verification that we have entered into a contract. We have not. The law states that they must prove that I owe them ; that I entered into an agreement with them. They have not proved this ; they conceded that we have no contract/agreement, that the credit company wrote it off and in fact has given me another account. I have tried unsuccessfully to have this removed from all of my credit reports. It is unethically and unlawful. Please remove off of all 3 reports.
