I received a letter from the Debt Relief Center stating it was an important second notice to help alleviate my credit card balance of {$29000.00} for a pay off amount of {$14000.00}. The letter is very deceiving in that it makes it look like I have {$29000.00} in credit card debt. There is no way this company would know how much debt I truly owe, I have strict credit monitors in place through the one credit card company I use and my current balance to them is less than {$250.00}. I have no other open credit cards and have not been notified by my credit card company that any new inquiries have been done on my credit report. I can supply a copy of this letter to you and fear that someone not educated about their credit like I am will be taken advantage of

Hello, I got a scam document from a company named the Debt Relief Center XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, AZ XXXX. I live in Washington, DC for reference. They advised to me in the letter ( also attached as a PDF ) that my 'IMMEDIATE RESPONSE TO THIS SECOND NOTICE [ was ] REQUESTED. ' I never received a first notice. They advised to me that I have an 'estimated ' {$13000.00} in unpaid credit card debt. In actuality, I have about {$5000.00} and I just purchased a home, so I also have a mortgage. They are proposing a settlement offer but advised they can only do so 'once we have been contacted ... ' This is a scam and I want to ensure that this company is not only dismantled, but charged for extortion.

My Fico Score is XXXX. I don't have unpaid debt to collections. Debt Relief Center ( XXXX ) XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, AZ XXXX XXXX above has been sending robocalls to me and my family for about two years ( landline and cell phones ) without identifying themselves. XX/XX/2018 : I received an Important Notice from them ( Attached ). I send the a certified letter to Debt Relief Center to cease and desist communication with me and my family ( Attached ). XXXX ignored my request and continue calling me twice ( morning and afternoon ) daily.

I received a letter from Debt Relief Center, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Az XXXX stattng I owe an estmated {$27000.00} in credit card debt, they can reduce it to {$13000.00} if I join their program and pay them {$400.00} a month. I do not owed anything close to {$27000.00} in credit card debt. Based on what I have read online, the phone number they give as a contact number - XXXX goes to a call center. I have filed a complaint with the XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have never heard of this business. Where they stole my information I donot know, yet.

I received a letter from the Debt Relief Center, with a PO BOX address in XXXX, AZ. It says that I owe $ XXXX, and they are a collection agency on behalf of my creditors. They are offering a payment plan, and this is my second notice ( I dont think I received a first notice ). They ask me to call XXXX. I dont think I have any outstanding debts, my Credit Cards are managed, I have ID protections. Unless my info was sold on the the deep web, and used to create a parallel life, I believe this is a SCAM.

Debt enrollment center has called me 3 to 4 times a day and I have no debt I have not contacted them for help they wont stop calling Ive asked them to put me on the do not call list and they still call and then They sent me text messages its XXXX and they need to stop I spoke to XXXX she was mean and XXXX

Received Important second notice about a fictitious {$16000.00} debt offering to reduce it to only {$8000.00}. Company is Debt Relief Center. Notice date XX/XX/18. Client Negotiations department XXXX XXXX. Its a threatening letter designed to intimidate and a scam to Separate me from my money.

Received a letter from Debt Relief Center, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, AZ XXXX stating its the second notice to collect a debt of {$30000.00} at a proposed settlement of {$15000.00}. I issue is I dont owe any debt so this is a scam.

It is a scam to collect personal information. After they realized that I was not gullible they said it was a mistake and they promised to remove me from the mailing list. I will send the notice of debt as an attachment.
