Debt Credit Services has only contacted me once about a XXXX XXXX bill that was closed by XXXX XXXX seven years ago. They contacted me only once by phone. The representative that I spoke with was very rude, and told me that I had to pay the {$690.00} that day. When I tried to explain to the representative that the amount was incorrect : I had moved out of an old apartment years ago, that the name was never properly changed by XXXX XXXX when I moved out and that they had charged me for several months instead of the property owner, while I was n't even living there. I offered to pay the amount that I had owed when I moved out, which was {$360.00}. The representative refused, and told me I had to come up with the full amount by the end of the month or they were going to sue me and garnish my wages! She scared me into telling her that I would call back to make arrangements for payments. I requested a bill outlining the amount owed, and she said it would be mailed to me. Since I have not received anything in writing, I did not arrange to make any payments. I never received a paper bill outlining the amount owed and for when. The XXXX XXXX account was closed seven years ago. When I have made attempts to call the Debt Credit Services to request a paper bill again, I either get a message saying the office is closed, or I have to leave a message. I have not received any calls back, nor have I received anything in writing.

I have an unverified account from DEBT CREDIT SVCS. I had previously disputed this account. I have never done business with DEBT CREDIT SVCS. Pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) 15 U.S.C.1692g, I dispute the validity of the debt purport I owe. I request that DEBT CREDIT SVCS Provide verification of the following : 1. The original Application or contract ; 2. Any and all statements allegedly related to this debt ; 3. Any and all signed receipts ; 4. Any and all canceled checks ; 5. Original date of default and collection activity begin 6. Whether you purchased the debt, and if so, the amount paid for the debt 7. The date ( s ) the debt allegedly accrued ; 8. An itemization of the costs, including an accounting, for any additional interest, charges, or other fees placed on this account. I want to request that DEBT CREDIT SVCS Cease and Desist all further communications and collection actives and provide the verification of the purported debt.
