Ive tried to contact XXXX XXXX XXXX ( formally dealer funding ) and they 've denied my request. To Whom It May Concern, Thank you for taking the time out of your day to read this letter. I just pulled my credit report, and discovered that a late payments was reported on [ XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX ] for my account [ loan account number XXXX ]. During that time, my mother fell terminally ill, and I was the only one left to care for her. As such, I had to leave my job, and my savings went toward her healthcare expenses. I fell on very rough times after she passed away, and was unable to make my car loan payments. I realize I made a mistake in falling behind, but up until that point, my payment history with you had been spotless. When I was able to gain employment once again, I quickly resumed paying my student loans, making them a priority. Then i was hospitalized for a few weeks and it cause me to lose another job. I 'm not proud of this black marks on my record, its 5 of them, and I would be extremely grateful if you could honor this request to remove the lateness from my credit report. It would help me immensely in securing other lines of credit so that I can further improve my credit score. rebuilding my future. If the lateness can not be removed entirely, I would still be appreciative if you could make a goodwill adjustment. Thank You.

DEALER FUNDING is the holder of the lien on the vehicle. On XX/XX/XXXX a postal money order was submitted as payment to the company which was deposited on XX/XX/XXXX . The terms of the payment pursued a renegotiation of the contract which would make that payment handling full satisfaction of the claim. After lien holder deposited the money order, a letter was sent to Dealer Funding explaining the conditions of the renegotiation and their timeline in which to do so. After no response from lien holder, a second payment was made with a second letter still with no response. A third payment was sent but returned then resent again and then credited to the account. The company tried to reach out over the phone to renegotiate but was told to respond through the mail. On Tuesda y, XX/XX/XXXX , the vehicle, the white XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and sensitive materials belonging to the claimant were taken from the domicile while everyone slept by XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX XXXX . The company utilized XXXX XXXX to locate the van The terms of the renegotiated contract were violated and now sensitive materials of utmost importance are within the van in the possession of a third party. Company was instructed not to contact by phone but insisted on calling.

Dealer Funding repossed my car today, XXXX/XXXX/15 without sending me a notice to cure my debt. I was unaware that they were coming to take my car or that they thought I was behind as they say I am. I have been making payments, the last one made was in XX/XX/XXXX but they claim that I have not paid a payment for four months which is not true and I have proof. When I made my last payment, it reflected my balance and with the payment I made, it brought the balance down under {$1000.00}. I lost my job and without a car I can not obtain a new one. When I called I was told my car was out for repo since XX/XX/XXXX but I had since made a payments that brought my balance down, the last one being in XX/XX/XXXX and i never received a notice to cure. I spoke to XXXX who said they had been looking for me for four months but I never received notice and my partial payments have been accepted ; they have sent me statements but no notices.

On XXXX, purchased an XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX located XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, PA XXXX. Put a down payment of {$5500.00}, and financed {$14000.00} with Dealer Funding located XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, GA XXXX. My monthly payments were {$370.00}. On or about XXXX, called Dealer Funding to make loan payment, and was advised by Dealer Funding associate that Dealer Funding can not accept my monthly payment. Dealer Funding associate advised me that Dealer Funding were not licensed in Pennsylvania to issued auto loans, and my auto loan has been transferred to XXXX XXXX XXXX. Requested an full refund, and my account to be a XXXX balance from the associate and advised her Dealer Funding committed loan fraud by providing auto loan to me without being licensed in Pennsylvania. Dealer Funding associate advised me there is not that can be done.

On XX/XX/2018 I sent a certified validation letter to XXXX XXXX Bank as well as XXXX XXXX loan asking them to verify the account that their company is claiming to be charged off. It was verified as received through the postal service as received on XX/XX/2018. Per the fair credit reporting act and the fair Debt Collection Practices act they are required to provide written proof bearing my signature. They are reporting incorrectly and I am requesting that they fix this. Also Another letter was sent out certified asking them to validate charge off accounts on the XXXX of XXXX, 2018 and was verified as received on XX/XX/2018 as well. My next step will be taking them to court because are in direct violation of the Fair Debt Collections Act as well as the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

I NOTICED THAT XXXX XXXX PUT A CHARGE OFF ACCOUNT ON MY CREDIT DUE TO A BALANCE THAT I DONT OWE. I CONTACTED THE XXXX XXXX AND ASK THEM WHY THEY WOULD REPORT A COLLECTION IF IVE NEVER HAD A CAR WITH THEM BEFORE THEY QUICKLY APOLOGIZED AFTER I WAS ABLE TO SHOW MY POLICE REPORT TO PROVE I WAS A VICTIM OF IDENTITY THEFT. THE XXXX XXXX SAID THEY DIDNT CARE THAT I DIDNT HAVE A CAR WITH THEM & THAT SOMEONE ELSE DONE IT IN MY NAME AND THAT I STILL HAD TO PAY. THAT IS SIMPLY AGAINST THE LAW THIS ACCOUNT WILL BE REMOVED BECAUSE NEVER HAD AUTO LOAN. I ALSO WANT ALL OF MY POINTS BACK FROM THE DROP I RECEIVED DUE TO THIS ERROR. AND I HAVE A POLICE REPORT TO PROVED MY IDENTITY WAS STOLEN A WHOLE YEAR BEFORE THE LOAN WAS GENERATED. XXXX has the police report and refused to remove it.

I submitted a police report in XXXX stating that my wallet turned up missing and that I was being bombarded with inquiries and accounts from Georgia. The 3 accounts that should not be on my account are XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. These accounts were opened in varying parts of XXXX and all were reported repossessed. I have called. I have written letters. I have submitted police reports. Years later these 3 accounts still plague my credit report. XXXX still came back claiming they had a contract signed by me for Dealer Funding LLC. This was not me. This credit reporting agency has not been helpful at all in the clearing of these 3 accounts.

Dealer Funding is on my credit report when it should n't be. The problem that happened was I got it to an horrible car accident and my car insurer paid it off plus I had gap insurance so the car was totaled and paid off, all of this took place in XXXX Now that it is XXXX I have been disputing this company on all three credit bureau and still it is on my credit. The number to the company is no longer in service. Also my mother was my cosigner on this account at it is n't on her credit but its on mines and I 'm not understanding this when it was paid buy the insurance company in XXXX. Please help me resolve this issue because it is a burden on my life!!!!!

I have something for a Dealing Funding LLC I have n't had a vehicle from them before. They stated on my credit report that it 's a joint account and that it 's a repossession. I have never had a vehicle repo before either. I have always bought my car straight right until three years ago in XXXX of 2013 as you all can see on my credit report also. I have even tried to contact them from the contact number that 's listed on my XXXX credit report, but unfortunately I was n't able to get through due to it 's an none working number. I also contact XXXX to get another number, but that 's the only contact number that 's on file XXXX.

I am a victim of identity theft and I have submitted a notarized affidavit which serves as a legal document to my identity theft. I am also a victim of the XXXX breach and opted out of the settlement because I have suffered extreme losses due to the breach and the identity theft. I need the fraud accounts that are in my letter that is attached removed permanently from my file as I have also contacted the creditors as well. This is extreme in violation of my fair credit reporting act rights and I will seek legal recourse. I have also attached the printout of me being affected by the XXXX breach as well.
