On XX/XX/20 I called to make a payment on my car. I asked for the pay-off amount and they said XXXX. So, I made a regular monthly payment of XXXX on today. I asked why do I still owe so much. They said I was being charged 5 % after my due date which in on the 5th of each month. My loan was sold to this company two years ago without my knowing. In addition, the former loan company and the new company never bothered to let me now in writing of the change. If I was made aware I would have paid the extra fee to have my due date changed. I would have also made sure to pay by the 5th or change the due date to avoid the 5 % unknown fees they charge each day after the 5th. I even let Dealer of XXXX XXXX XXXX Kentucky know that I even called the company that sold my account to them to ask them why did they sale my account, because I was on time and getting the payment down. Each month for two years, I called to Dealer Finance of Western Kentucky to make a payment and they never told me about any fees or how high the fees was each month. Basically, they never informed me or made me aware that the XXXX payment was not being all included in my monthly payment. I being robbed. This company is staying in business by conducting bad business surviving off late fees that clients may not be aware of. They should be investigated. I had a remainder balance of XXXX last year and after 12 payment I owe XXXX as of today. Somebody help! When I asked for a copy of my account and the history they were hesitated about it. I asked the XXXX XXXX why was I never informed, isn't the goal to better inform the clients of services and products. I also never agreed to be contacted by their automated dialer from XXXX XXXX. This is mainly because I was never been informed my account was sold and bought. The Company never sent anything in regards to my account number, in which I am unaware of what it is. Moreso, the loan number, I am unaware of what that is also. I never received a payment book, email of any payment transaction or by mail. The company never kept me abreast in any outlet to know any account details. The XXXX XXXX made the comment you can contact someone about it, since I did not like the way they were doing business. I told him, I will do just that. I. I was never informed that my account was sold II. The new company claims they wrote me, but I never was informed of the Dealer Finance of Western Kentucky until they called me about my payment. III. No access to view account details online IV. They charge a $ XXXX service fee for payment over the phone ; although there is no other method to avoid the high fee. V. Charges a 5 % fee for each day after the 5th of the month ( which is my due date )

I have several late payments on my credit report from dealer finance of western Kentucky. I put in a dispute through XXXX XXXX but nit satisfied with the results. My now ex called and talked to dealer fiance of ky his self he paid XXXX payment well we broke up 6 months later he calls them n request his money back they give it to him without taking to me nothing I'm the only one on my car n no one is to talk to them but me I didn't find out till months later qhen they refused to take my payment by phine like I always pay cuz they messed up
