In XXXX I left employment with Platinum Roofing and resigned as CEO. In early XXXX and again in late XXXX XXXX XXXX dba XXXX XXXX XXXX was notified that I had separated from XXXX XXXX and was not responsible for their debts as of the end of XXXX. I was repeatedly told by XXXX XXXX XXXX of Davis , Pickren , Seydel & Sneed , LLP that XXXX XXXX dba XXXX XXXX XXXX was going to file suit. On XX/XX/XXXX I received notice of suit for debt in the amount of {$310000.00} naming myself as responsible and a personal guarantor even though XXXX XXXX, the law firm of Pickren , Seydel & Sneed, LLP and XXXX XXXX dba XXXX XXXX XXXX had been clearly notified multiple times of my removal from all debt and guarantees from XXXX XXXX.
