This letter is to inform Davis & Goldmark Inc. that I dispute the validity of this debt that you are claiming that I owe or for which your company is otherwise alleging that I have any personal liability or responsibility which you claim is in behalf of your client XXXX.
I have no personal responsibility for this debt.
Davis & Goldmark sent a collection letter dated XX/XX/2018 to me personally : [ see attached PDF file ] The address however [ see PDF file ] is the corporate address of [ see PDF file ] my company.
All activity that occurs at this address is business activity associated with the corporation.
All packages that are shipped from or delivered to the above address are exclusively related to the activity of the corporation.
The letter from Davis & Goldmark states : XXXX delivered a C.O.D. package to you and payment of {$140.00} should have been collected at that time. For one reason or another, we show no record of receiving this amount.
Neither XXXX nor Davis and Goldmark have identified the name of the sender, the alleged date of delivery, the type of package, its contents, value or or any other relevant information.
Why would XXXX the tightest ship in the shipping business leave a C.O.D. package without collecting the amount due [ a package that by definition is to be delivered only upon receipt of cash on delivery payment by the recipient ]?
Based on the identification of the perfunctory nature of the XXXX delivery activity in question, that Davis & Goldmark has provided in its letter, XXXX failed to satisfy their responsibility to their shipping client -- - and rightfully need to refund their client, the shipper, not to wrongly come after me personally for this that I had no personal connection to.
If a package was indeed delivered to our company by XXXX as conjectured by Davis and Goldmark, and XXXX failed to collect payment for the alleged delivery and for a package for which my company has no record of receiving that is neither the responsibility of my company and certainly not my personal responsibility to pay XXXX or Davis & Goldmark.
In keeping with the " bottom-feeding '' disreputable nature of collection outfits, Davis & Goldmark is evidently trying to bamboozle and intimidate me -- - as is apparently their stock in trade - and probably doing the same to numerous other people who have no personal fiduciary responsibility for the given debt .... just so Davis and Goldmark can strong arm as much revenue as they can -- - whether earned, deserved, relevant or not.
Davis & Goldmark is misrepresenting, wrongly associating and fraudulently claiming the above as my personal credit obligation and personal debt.

On Friday, XX/XX/XXXX, a man named XXXX something called from XXXX. He asked for a specific person. I asked him what company he was calling from and what his name was and what this was in reference to. He refused to answer what he was calling about. Instead, he simply kept raising his voice, interrupting me as I tried to find out who he was and what the purpose of his call was. He continued badgering me with " Is this [ name of person ]. '' He became progressively more angry and confrontational -- - as I asked what this was about. He proceeded to insult and harass me with words to the effect that I needed to listen to him with my ears - as opposed to " some other part of my anatomy '' [ I am being polite ] that he alleged. I later looked up what entity that the phone number - XXXX - he was calling from is associated with and the following information came up : Davis and Goldmark XXXX. XXXX XXXX. XXXX, CA XXXX XXXX.
I gave no permission for them to record me or the phone call.
Davis and Goldmark is a collection agency. They were engaging in what I later discovered are the same harassing, yelling, intimidating, bottom-feeding tactics of collection agencies.
I have never received any written correspondence from that company and until the harassing phone call I have never heard of this company. I advised the caller not to call ever again.

The Credit bureaus stated my account was properly investigation but how is that possible if the open date is inaccurate, the date last active is inaccurate, and the date last reported is not accurate. This ground for removal they also violated my rights under : 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States Ihave the right to privacy.
15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : it also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions

this account does not belong to me i have tried to resolve this account with the creditors but have been provided with no help. i have also notified XXXX of these fraudulent accounts and have asked them to remove these accounts from my credit report

They contacted my family members multiple times, and my employees telling them I was in debt and that they were gon na sue me. They call very early in the morning. My family has asked to be taken off their list and they receive phone calls daily.
