This collection company has reported information in my credit report without providing adequate proof of the actual debt or original paperwork of ownership of the account. When I called to request this information about the inaccuracy and try to request documentation, the person that answers " XXXX '' was rude and very condescending. When I asked if I could speak with his supervisor, he laughed at me and told me " You can call and request to speak to a supervisor all you want, but you 're not going to get what you want! '' He went on and told me to shut up and listen to him, that I would need to pay for the full collection if I wanted the account deleted from my report. No documents have been provided up to date and XXXX 's and XXXX 's dispute system has not worked for me one bit. There is a message that states that account has been verified, but I still do n't have any original paperwork. I have done research about this collection company and there are similar complaints about this individual XXXX. I find these offenses to be great FCRA violations as I am XXXX and am held responsible for these laws and regulations. I feel that all should be equal and this company DATALINE should be held within the same standards.

Since XXXX 2011 I send this collection company a certified letter requesting verification of the debt pursuant to Fair Debt Collection Practices Act 15 USC 1692g Section 809 ( b ). The company never responded and over the phone threatened to report negatively in my credit, which they have done since day XXXX to this date. They have caused so much damage to me and my family with this bad credit markings, which arose another question as to private information, such as SSN, being public information. The property they are attempting to collect fees for was never legally mine and due to that I am not legally responsible for anything that happens with such property, thats just the law! I have tried numerous times to negotiate my release from any ties with them and even with certified documents that prove I was never the legal owner, they continue to harass me into paying or deal with their malicious consequences

This debt was taken off my XXXX credit report, because it was a falsely reported item that was in another persons name. I had to hire an attorney to do so. During the process to acquire a mortgage, I noticed that the debt had not been deleted off of XXXX or XXXX. I called Data Line Credit Corp, to request a deletion letter. A man who answered the phone, once he had my account number, proceeded to tell me that he never deleted the debt, and if i thought that was happening, I should " shut my XXXX mouth and try too live my life right, because he was going to sue the XXXX out of my XXXX and I would not have " a dime to jingle '' after he '' took my XXXX XXXX nickels that I had to rub together. '' I calmly stated that I just wanted another letter of deletion, as he had already provided XXXX to the credit bureau, at which point he shouted " you can not record me XXXX and hung up.

XXXX XXXX I purchased a vehicle from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX which I traded in my XX/XX/XXXX Volvo.I then signed contract and release of liability to the dealer.I still have the contract.Three years later I received a letter from a collection agency that I owe them XXXX dollars for the car I traded in, that was towed from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX said at the time the car was still in my name.So I went back to the dealer and the dealer before was sold to another company.I spoke with XXXX XXXX and did what they told me and it is still on my credit report.I am really frustrated on what I am going through.The collectors will not listen to me.What can I do.The agency is Dataline Collections in XXXX XXXX California.

I sold a car that was later impounded from the new owner. The tow bill has been reported to my credit.Since I realize the negative item on my report I contacted XXXX XXXX and the reporting agency. I 've forward the name and address of the new owner to XXXX towing and they simply refer me to Dataline CR, the company they sold the debt to. Dataline CR does n't want to hear anything I have to say and keeps referring me to XXXX 's towing

I contacted the company, and explained i dont have any cars but XXXX in my name from 1999. He called me some names and kept yelling pay your bills. I told him about some fraud on my credit and some identity theft. But he said pay your debt. I stated sir this is not my car. Asked him to ssubmit something so i can take to dmv so he can take this off. He just sent a letter asking for money
