Hi, XXXX XXXX XXXX is violating the law & violating my rights but reporting fraud on my credit reports ( XXXX XXXX XXXX acct # XXXX {$11000.00}. ) I have made several attempts to dispute this fraud. They have not legally validated & continue to ignore my request for legal proof & also send me the documents I requested from them such as ; their tax certificates etc. By law they have to provide all these documents I requested. I have submitted a FTC report & sent to all 3 credit bureaus. Furthermore, XXXX hired a 3rd party Debt. Collector, ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) That is harassing me, violating my rights even more. This is causing me & my family extra stress & damaging any efforts for future credit. XXXX is violating my Aboriginal American Sovereign rights beyond the US. Statutory laws. ( XXXX XXXX United States Department of State on XX/XX/XXXX XXXXwitnessing signature of the Secretary of State XXXX XXXX [ Executive Branch ] and the witnessing seal of the United States federal Government [ form 06013144-1 ] based on Article 4 [ Authentication ] & Article 6 [ Supremacy Clause ] of the United States Constitution, both Articles being based on International Law in full accordance with CFR 22 131.1 & 131.2 and in accordance with USC 4 Section 42 )
